I think KNB did all they could to build a lucrative business, unfortunatly thwarted by the MHRA failing to process their application in good time.

waiting three and a half years before requesting kanabo make a changes to the application file. That file was re submitted June last year, since then nothing.

I think we can assume the vape pod will pass CE certification otherwise they would have failed it by now.

whether KNB is still in existence by then is another matter.

What Kanabo are trying to bring to market is a medical grade device, a consistent measured micro dose of whatever the product might be, pure single strain extract or a possible a product that has gone through the licensing process. So dependant on CE certification you have massive upside potential for growth. Remember there is no competition as yet.

I don`t think we can say that KNB have given up on the vape pod certification, if that were the case they would need to issue an RNS. More likely they are not mentioning it as there is nothing new to add.

It looks to me the responsibility for not receiving a response in good time lies entirely with the MHRA in that they have had the application for years and have failed to provide an assesment other than to request a resubmission of the application file. This has possibly caused further delay. But at some point they will have to respond with either approval for the CE mark or a rejection. It can`t just be left indefinitely.

whether it comes in time to be of benefit to the company is another matter as they will surely need to fund raise in the not too distant future.

This needs to be news for the mainstream media, time to educate the country about the benefits of cannabis for pain management as opposed to opiates and pharmaceauticals . problem is big pharma would not be happy losing all that revenue.

I have given up on the CE mark, if it happens thats great news but having bought in over two years ago with the expectation it would be a matter of months i now see the GP service and AI as the best chance of near term upswing in the SP.

I was thinking the only reason for making such insignificant buys could be a signal to the market that all is well and the current SP is a good buy in point.

There have been a number of large trades gone through since the RNS, often midprice so we remain at the current level.
