You are right that the TEK share price makes no sense Pedro but it rarely does, even when subsidiaries are roaring ahead. I can only put it down to perennial underperformance across the entire portfolio, for which Cliff must accept responsibility.

Walkers Low Salt crisps have been around for years Dunk Biscuit, so the link proves nothing, and unfortunately, you may be jumping to conclusions that SALT is in Walkers products. I hope they are, as I will be quite a bit better off financially but you don’t seem to have any evidence and at this point, just wishful thinking.

I don’t know how long you have been invested in SALT, TEK or other spin offs but those who have been in for many years know to expect ‘false dawns’ so it is best to keep our feet on the ground for now.

Just my thoughts but on one hand Crypto is finite and independent of Central Banks. On the other it uses huge amounts of electricity to mine it and relies on the Internet.

When the latest Indian Pakistani clash occurred, the first thing down was the Internet. Crypto may have a place alongside Gold and Silver but the Central Banks are doing their very best to ensure the FIAT system reigns supreme, until of course they change tack and leave everyone but them holding the baby, at which point it will hold little or no value.

I am hearing that Oil may stay depressed but that precious metals (such as good silver and even copper) and particularly mining stocks are likely to take a jump. However, who knows when the banks and the markets have a vested interest to ensure the PI is misinformed and last to know the truth.

I don’t think anyone places the blame for IP theft solely at the door of Edelman, as ultimately the shame rests with Samsung.

However, there have to be question marks over how much technical know how NANO revealed to Samsung in the development work without having placed firm contractual obligations on them.

Samsung was and is a prolific user of CFQD and had NANO received fair value for its product, the other potential users would have simply been more cream on the cake. NANO shareholders were likely robbed of what would have been a once in a lifetime investment opportunity.

Edelman was in charge of the Samsung development and Tenner led the settlement negotiations, so between them, they bear a considerable share of the responsibility. Whilst we should not criticise them unfairly, neither should we honour their tenures with more credit than is due.

Winning is about getting over the line in a medal position and both Mike and Brian received remuneration commensurate with that challenge. Unfortunately, neither was quite up to the task. Brian got closest but his tenure was marred by suspicion of alignment to the interests of certain key shareholders. There is no doubt in my mind that a number of transactions and communications were far from transparent.

I have more confidence that Dmitry has the qualities required to succeed but there are many hurdles to clear if NANO is going to deliver for shareholders and no certainty it will.

That RNS was as close as it gets to Market Manipulation in my personal view because they must have known the demand side would rocket on news, whilst having knowledge of the settlement value and what that would mean for people buying (or selling) at or near the top.

That the FCA so rarely seems to take action against directors in such cases when they have powers to do so is beyond me. We don’t even know if it investigated and found all to be Kosha.

If PI can’t be protected from the ‘professional’ investors lining their pockets at our expense, I do wonder what their purpose is in terms of regulation and whether it could not be made much more effective.
