At the moment, the Chinese are certainly likely to be more reliable as financial backers than the US.

Agree and Dmitry would benefit in other ways such as a golden parachute or transitional bonus, so he would benefit in a deal at that price.

I would love to believe 16p is pessimistic and an offer the Board could never accept but at the moment it is twice the current Offer price. You never know, I may get to revise my target upwards in late 'Summer' 😊

16p would be welcome at the moment. I would likely accept that for for some or all of my holding despite having had 'high expectations' in years gone by.

It does feel like the sale process did not go the way NANO expected or would have hoped. Certainly there are no offers on the table, when they might have been expected by this point.

It is possible the potential bidder(s) have said no thank you for now but please get back to us if there is positive news on JV's, commercialisation or licencing?

I am hoping that Dimitry is not continuing BT's spin tactics because if the information is 'straight up' there are some positive statements, even if there is nothing to signify an imminent increase in SP.

That’s entirely possible, but also that they are waiting for some other ‘milestone’ such as agreement with the other Asian company mentioned, to potentially pick up the ST Micro mantle.

Bluster or not, at 8p this is a gamble I am happy to gift to my children and hopefully grandchildren rather than sell.

I am comfortable doing that knowing Dimitry is currently 66% down on his investment and has some incentive to turn it around.

Conjecture I realise but, what if the Asian customer were involved in quantum computing rather than SWIR?

So CFQD and IR sensors are not the real destiny of a NANO QD? Quantum computing would be a nice space to occupy but having been here for 15 years already, the 'Not so distant' future might be too far away for me to benefit?

I can’t imagine that to be anything other than a positive for a separate source of Oil and Gas, independent of both Russia and the US.

If ever the UK, Europe and the World needed a source of oil and gas like the Falklands, independent of existing suppliers then it is right now, when our US ‘friends’ are demonstrating they serves only their own interest. A bit like in WWII when the UK in a great example of unselfish sacrifice gave up the dominant role of Sterling and borrowed (and repaid) huge debt to the US.
