Yeah clearly manipulated but positive that it’s now a heavier discount (although it is if you take the price from Monday close!)

One part of the RNS which concerned me though was :

The Company may in due course raise further equity funding utilising the remaining balance of the shareholder authorities granted to the Directors at the Company's 2020 AGM.

Why wouldn’t they get it all out of the way in one go? £1.1m isn’t that big a raise, if they wanted more they should’ve asked. That statement is likely to spook some investors about potential further dilution

I did call this in the first post of the morning, although some didn’t believe me. The heightened expectations weren’t met so a sell off was inevitable. It will only be a blip as I’m sure they’ll continue to deliver. I may see if I can free up some additional capital to top up at this level

I think it’s below some of the elevated expectations and expect the SP to drop quite significantly today. However, it doesn’t change the longer term picture here.

Did anyone listen to it and what are their thoughts? I only caught the last 15-20 minutes unfortunately but they sounded very bullish. I’ll listen to the rest when it goes on the website. I’ll likely look to add at this level for the long term

Nice strong rise today...........SP looks like it readying for its next assault, after a period of consolidation. Wouldn't surprise me if we went to all time highs next week

I thought it was broadly encouraging and I'll be looking to add at this price, even if it's just to bring my average down. Interesting to get the response on how DMTR differs to C4XD, which i'm also invested in. Very different MCAPs though! Encouraging to hear about the revenue to be realised this year, and I thought the response in relation to the Q on a takeover was revealing - it looks odds on at some stage. I think they will raise further this/next year but I expect the SP to be higher by then. When they release a research note from an external party based upon their forecast, I expect the SP to kick on.

No countries added to green list. Expect the SP to react negatively to this, even if it shouldn't materially affect RR.....it's negative sentiment all the same

Opened up a position here today, been monitoring for a little while. Probably got in slightly higher than hoped for at 26.5p but think this will kick on in the coming weeks/months. Very much under the radar

I'm not entirely clear why they released either but nice to see some numbers attributed to it. $2.5m Profit after tax is phenonemal - the company is so undervalued it's not even funny. $102m revenue and £23m MCAP................those multiples are nothing compared to other sectors. I know agriculture is not really a sexy industry but it's a stable one. The assets alone are worth many times the MCAP.

Clearly the debt level, the FX fluctuations and the fact they're operating in African countries adds risk but I still don't feel the market is properly valuing ZAM. I'd be tempted to add more here but I'm already quite leveraged.

It'll be interesting to see what they do with the profit. Wouldn't they typically pay down debt before announcing profit, as that would reduce taxation? So debt may already have been paid off within that figure

OPEC+ say the oil surplus will disappear by the end of June, with crude stockpiles declining sharply due to strong demand from the United States, Europe and China. Demand could even be sufficient to absorb the return of Iranian crude to the market, if the 2015 nuclear accord is resurrected.

Why can't DNL hold gains, that's the question? With all the positive newsflow, it should be providing support to the SP but it keeps drifting back

Well I bought back in on the back of it. I've been in and out a few times over the past couple of years, without making any money sadly. I've probably lacked conviction and saw better near term opportunities elsewhere. However, I am more positive now, and do think the tide is changing (slowly). Regulation of course will be the key driver here, but I work in aviation and everyone is on about SAF - it's building, it's just a matter of time. For that reason I think VLS are well placed for a punt. I may top up more in due course.

I particularly liked their asset light/license approach, which I wasn't aware of previously - that limits overheads/requirements for further raises. And the fact is they're in discussion with external financiers which will be backed off by guarantees from offtakers, so that further limits likely dilution. There's plenty of room for both Lanzajet and VLS and a number of others - the market is going to be massive. Currently all SAF in UK comes from Neste in Ghent. There isn't much demand but it's increasing. As things stand, the major markets for SAF are California, Norway, Sweden where regulation determines minimum SAF requirements. That will get rolled out across the rest of EU over this decade - it's inevitable, particularly as governments have to meet climate change commitments.

A lot of people are quite rightly basking in sunshine from the current SP movement. However, I always think it's worth staying grounded and reflect on where we've come. Some will have been here much longer than me, I first invested in May 2019 at 2.26p. However, I was monitoring back into 2018. Some notable landmarks are as follows:

29 June 18 - Trading suspended for 2 weeks pending a fund raise, nervous times
12th July 18 - Company advises it has successfully raised £3.4 million @2p with support from existing investors. Woodford being one, and his Investment trust held 28.4% at this stage. The placing price was a whopping 70.4% discount to the last trading day's price of 6.75p. US investors added a measly £100k so they ended up raising significantly less than hoped for - they aimed to raise £4.3million.
End 2018 - SP recovers most it losses to 6p
Early 2019 - Woodford scandal starts unravelling and the SP slowly but consistently drops
May 2019 - My first purchase at 2.26p
July 2019 - Made a further purchase at 2.4p
Aug 2019 - Woodford fire sale leads to SP tanking despite positive commercial news in the preceeding months.
Mar 2020 - In the middle of the Covid outbreak, ITX announces it is running out of cash, and only has enough to last until May 2020. It is looking to raise cash, amid Covid chaos and rumours it could go private. SP tanks to 0.32p.
May 2020 - ITX advises that board have deferred salaries until at least Aug 2020 to preserve cash. They also advised that revenues have been strong, providing support for a forthcoming fundraise
May 2020 - ITX receives $0.2m loan from US govt Covid support
June 2020 - Launch of £1.12m fundraise @ 1.1p
June 2020 - Fundraise oversubscribed and £1.76m was raised
Rest of 2020 - Steady SP, slightly rising towards the end of the year. I made the now inspired decision to top up at 2.8p at year end in my ISA.
2021 - BOOM

Sorry if this bores some or people think it's not relevant. However, I think it's worth having some perspective. I, like some, have been invested a fair while, and at one stage it appeared I might lose all my investment. That makes the current situation especially refreshing and rewarding. GLA, ATB
