The problem is that John runs this company like a family owned company. Therefore comms/PR is poor to external shareholders, but also he runs it on a shoestring, which is great in that there isn't heavy dilution for us, but also leads to short term decisions (hence the small fund raises he's done recently). We should be comforted by the fact he owns a good chunk of the company and it is in safe hands..................but on the flip side, he won't be the person who will transform the company to the next level............it'll be incremental gains. A takeover will happen at some point (probably 2-3 years) and that should satisfy most.
Still one of my largest holdings, although it does frustrate at times, I've just learnt to buy on the dips and hold.
I'm most interested to understand whether revenue in 22 is on track with Finncap's prediction, and to understand their supply chain challenges and whether they have been able to fully pass on cost increases so as not to hurt margins
