Yep - although why put good money after bad - the CLN shows some confidence in Trak (yes, they are being rewarded for taking on that risk but they are mainly insiders) - here's hoping for that long awaited turnaround of fortune (the one where we all look back and kick ourselves for not buying more at this level ;o) ).

Yep, I will message after the AGM - I am still confused about how they can say fleet/optimisation are considerably ahead and still be in the same profit position as last year. As far as I read it from all the updates, insurance was dire last year, and now they have some 'capaciity' back implying insurance is in a better position than last year. Wages and marketing seem to bring profit back down to last years figures - something does not add up to me.

Yes I guess a profit is a profit (however small) implying no real cash issues (although, the loan interest can't help). To be honest, I can't see why this has dropped so much today. Going forward, it cannot be much worse - so I can see your optimism - the contract may be signed, insurance may recover.

A most confusing update - insurance should be better than this time last year, other stuff modestly ahead - yet predicted profit the same as last year - perhaps I read it wrong but we appear to have gone backwards.

Not saying that these are great questions but I put the following (related to the software contract) to JFW:

i) Are you still confident or just hopeful about getting it signed this FY?

ii) Is Trakm8 just part of a trial with others competing providers?

iii) Does the lack of signing the contract imply there is an informal PAYG deal in place?

iv) Has there been any revenue/development costs being paid for by the client?

v) Is this similar to the Iranian deal, where lots of costs were incurred but the deal fell through? I.e Is Trakm8 exposed to lots of costs with no return if the deal does not get signed?

He kindly responded by saying he would try and answer these in his chairman's statement.
