The Group expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 March 2019 on Monday, 8th July 2019.

They did give us an anticipated release date in the previous year's April update - just not this one. So it may be something they had to do.

fingers crossed that this is the turning point. Still find it hard to believe there will be an offer - I think the market is not reacting like there will be (they usually have better insider insight).

I don't disagree, I was just looking at it from the perspective that the IPO would value Microlise at £180m. If Trak is worth £1 per share then is implies it is worth 30% of Microlise - which I find hard to believe.

I absolutely think that Trakm8 would be a great addition to Microlise - especially having taken out duplicated costs etc.

As for 50p per share - whilst I think that is the lowest they would sell for, I think that a good year would exceed this without a buy-out.

I hope Trak become part of the IPO, would think it would be more paperwork to do it after. However, if they are already talking about IPO valuation then one assumes it will not happen. Of course, this could be changed but you would think that transparency about Raza's intentions would have factored in Trak already (and as we all good leaks, Trak share price would start to reflect it). I feel £180m (with Trak) would mean that Trak is not going to get anywhere near £1 per share.

Does the £180m valuation bode well for Trak? At £1 per share that would be £50m for Trak. I had assumed that Microlise were much bigger. Also, why is QTX worth so much more?

I think eSports has a positive future. However, all I have ever seen is share prices drift down. I think there will be a few winners - hard to know which ones.

I made the mistake of buying Captia (46p now 38p). Thought they should recover to pre-covid levels but looks like there is an underlying problem (debt and restructuring). Did ok out of the AA but disappointed with the final price.

I think you would kill the price if you did sell, but perhaps that would give you another buying op. Personally, I hope we are all able to avoid the temptation and get a good price in the end. Again, another pipe dream.

Getting 16p a share is good, considering where we were a couple of weeks ago. Really the bid/ask should be 16/18 or, as Pianista states, higher. Although, another sell may panic the MMs.

the sky is the limit on my dream number! If they can start to make a profit, pay down debt and maintain good recurring revenue then I can't see why the share price could not be 25% of QTX (125p) with Microlise paying a premium above that. I can only dream.

What do you think will be in the update? Whilst I would like it to be a positive outlook on the year (with anticipated profit), I just think it is too early in the year to be confident about it.

What I would like to see is an increase in fleet numbers (a recovery would be good) and huge uptake of insurance products.

I am hoping that this is the year.....

Also, Trakm8 have removed the "Senior Business Development Manager – Insurance" role from their vacancies today. I thought they were never going to fill it given the time it was up there.

All good points, and they only have to stump up for the remaining 80% of shares .

That 40,000 was a delayed publication (09:11:33) when the bid/ask was 14/17.

Hopefully, this is the beginning of a re-rating. I did wonder whether these are another Raza purchase. Time will tell.
