You may think I am very sad for trawling through Trakm's web site again. Anyway, I came across this. I have no idea when it was first stated as I cannot get a snapshot before Sept 2020 (which is the same paragraph with a different device total)

I hope they are right. Ok, the document also talks about building trust with the share-holders and they are not doing a great job on that front, so perhaps the statement above is wishful thinking.

My experience of employees in the know is that they are wrong. Employees are often the last to find our anything. I remember been made redundant in the 90s. It was already written in the share holders report that they were going to close us down, yet it took us all by surprise.

I just watched that video and if Raza wasn't including Trakm8 in his acquisition strategy I would be very surprised.

I think Microlise will take it out long before then. Raza maintains majority control, has extra cash and can offer shares and the company has actively stated its M&A ambitions. In essence Raza has been stalking his prey for a while now. - he will know when to pounce and imo it iwill be just before the public see Trak's turnaround. He will pay 50p plus a premium for it - I can't help but think those options fixated on that value too much.

Raza, if you are ready this - pull your finger out. I have a life that has been suspended for years now ;o)

So true, there is an air of arrogance when the people in charge of killing the company share price think they deserve pay rises. If they had any decency they would take cuts (until they have got the company back on trak (pun intended).

ok, so I misread that to believe the £61m was for the company but it also includes shareholders - what proportion of cash is available to the company is unclear

Perhaps a take over is possible - if raising £61.2 million for the company means just that - bit worried that they had to sell share holders though

Ok, I always assumed bed and ISA referred to transferring (up to £20K) into an ISA. I am now coming to the conclusion that you and Secularist are talking about a similar transfer where the money is already in the ISA. e.g. agree with broker to sell the stock outside of the ISA, whilst simultaneously buying them within it - no extra cash going into the ISA

Agreed, it was more a point about using the ISA allowance (so transferring into an ISA) - wish mine was at £1m :o)
