I suspect that all the talks with JV partners (due diligence taking place) are just to keep the SP as high as possible before the next placing. I think it was in 2017, same story with RHA and we know what has happened unfortunately.

And unfortunately, GR is preparing something about MNH as no response to email as too sensitive information.

Yes the problem is the lack of communication from SOH or when he does, through his friend elrico and his pay services.
This is not acceptable and why I sold all my holdings a few weeks ago and glad I did.

Thanks a lot AquaeSulis01. Pretty poor from SOH that he doesn't advise his shareholders why he has raised £2m+ and we only get an holding RNS. As at 30 June 2021, the Group had a £993,014 cash balance. Once R&D tax credits are claimed and recoverable VAT repayments are added, the balance would be £1.21m. Working capital in 2020 was about £1.5m so I suspect this is just to cover the working capital until next year :(

And definitively not paying you to get the information, this is not acceptable and will complain to SOH

Totally agree with you Bickmaster84. We cannot trust GR on MNH as everything have been arranged already, should get some news this week as loan repayment is due.

GR told me that the company they are using have some backlog to go through first. It was communicated to me a week before the trip to London. And in the RNS, GR will advise when he knows so I suppose it's imminent :) Expect a few weeks in my opinion.

Totally agree with you steward1, make no sense especially that they do not make any money at present and their accounts are still unaudited. Regarding appointment of COO, don't tell me it's Stalker, another mate as nothing will change, just another mate on the payroll.

I think about half the value GR has paid for. Again one of his purchase where we have lost money. Please don't buy MNH and sell Circum shares now. It will be the worst time to sell them.

So presentation last week didn't tell us about anything new except that some test result(s) will be announced within 2 weeks (one week already gone). I presume that test result(s) will be announced as well as new placing which is obviously been worked on already and why the dip in the SP.

Snowking, we are all here to make money and I hope that we all will make $$$$$$. However, been in and out since 2015 and do not trust GR at all. How many assets did he buy and shareholders have paid for ---> only result was dilution. MNH will be another one. Didn't bother to go last night as didn't want to hear false promises again.
