Acker, PREM is a long time away from selling any lithium and DFS will be late as at present, 9 months for 6,000m drilled when they need 20,000m to complete DFS. GR is just a clown and will never change :(

1) We have all the placing shares to get ride off 797m
2) GR is not trusted by anybody, didn't know how many future deal he had on the table, what a joke? Did GR had any which are worth looking at?
3) GR is doing the same again as when RHA was supposed to produce Tungsten and only get out dust from the ground

Placing was for 500,000,000 new ordinary shares . Monecor (London) Ltd, trading as ETX Capital ("ETX Capital"), acted as the Company's sole placing agent in respect of the Placing.
James Goozee didn't buy any shares through the placing or he will have to make a TR1.
Snowking have 490m through ATX
SO we need to go through 500 millions (placing) + 297millions (ATX don't know?)

You are wrong, PREM is not near a deal at all. Watch GR's video interview again, GR is not quite sure how many deals he has on the table? Why? Is it really how you want your CEO to be? GR is playing a game with his shareholders as he knows perfectly well that he want to keep 100% of Zulu until DFS is finished as deals offered at present are not interesting.

ETX selling in the rise as previously mentioned

Monecor Ltd still have 4.93% to sell. It's not gone only on Thursday and Friday. It will take weeks

I have forgotten to say but every news will be sell into by Monecor Ltd. Next placing, end of February or March and rinse and repeat. Now, you all know the full reason GR came to London last year. Have a great weekend all but you will have to wait a lot longer for your 1p.

So Monecor Ltd is gone under 5% so no more Tr1 RNS to announce when they are going to sell the remaining 4.93%. This is going to keep the SP down for a while. GR is doing a blinder again, telling us some BIG companies are interested by Zulu, just read RNS from 2015 up to 2017, and you will see same trend. So it's just to allow Monecor Ltd to sell all the shares.

It remind me of RHA where GR did an interview in June 2015 "we are now a mining company extracting some tungsten" and in September 2015 GR told me that they had encounter a problem "they couldn't find the main reserve". And all the promises of JV partners. Rinse and repeat.

Snowking big trades this week but SP haven't move a inch. I think we have a big seller too.

The problem is that GR is doing the same again about JV partners (how many times for RHA and liquidity events for Circum). If really it was serious, it will have been already leaked and the SP should be well above 0.2p
