I have asked him about MNH unaudited accounts and never get a reply. GR have seen the accounts by now as needed to be done by 30/06/2021.

Yes this is the way and another acquisition which PREM will be writing off in a few years as not profitable :(

I did bought back yesterday after the RNS yesterday and the presentation on Wednesday. Good product but marketing and communication seems to be a challenge at time.

If no RNS tomorrow, I will not advise anymore about communication with GR as I will not trust him.

Hi Johnny, GR did advise me but you know perfectly well that it could have been delayed, we will see tomorrow.
GR didn't use the word imminent but that he was writing the RNS for this week so hopefully, he has not run out of ink :(

No MNH news to be expected in 2021 so will see if we get news about Zulu results soon.

New due diligence will not take place due to quarantine imposed by government. So I don't think that we will get any information before 2022. GR bad luck again, nothing he could have foreseen.

I'm hoping to see light at the end of the tunnel but not imminently.

RNS 31st August: "Otjozondu Mining (Proprietary) Limited ("Otjozondu") have issued their existing off-take partner with the required 90-days' notice, the contract will terminate on the 18 November 2021. Otjozondu remains in ongoing discussions with its existing off-taker on improved commercial terms including the required expansion capital to assist with existing mining operations.
Premier is equally in advanced discussions with other potential off-take partners to assist Otjozondu in securing the best possible financial terms from its future off-take partner."
So I suppose we can expect some bad news on this front or it will have been announced previously. So no more off-take partner since the 18th November which mean that the mine is not making any profits or peanuts :(
