Elrico, next time, could you ask please SOH what is £947k directors emoluments for 2020 and £1.1m for 2019 on top of salaries? Salaries 2020 were £979k and 2019 £1.1m

Last year, unaudited half year results were reported on the 20th July. Still no RNS, are they not so good this year and why the SP has shifted down to below 0.50p for the last few weeks?

Bickmaster, I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, it could be just a fund or a company accumulating shares on the cheap before making an offer after completion of DFS.

GR said end of June, we will see but say middle of July as the guy is having problem with calendar reminder

Just assume that the placing was taking by a fund or a company, 625m shares is not over the 5% holding you have to advise the market. However, they will need an additional 300m to go over it. With all this buying frenzy recently, we should be notified soon IMHO or this is just market manipulation

Snowking, GR didn't want to speak about who has taking the placing and any question related to actual talk. GR has previously given you a hint. I could be totally wrong, this is just my view.

Are you out Acker and regretting? SP is gone from last week from .16p to .25p. Is that not soaring especially with all these buys?
