Snowking, I had a conversation with GR before the weekend and he apologise as couldn't speak about Zulu but an update with be announced before end of first week of July. We have definitively been approached as the placing was just taken by a company as GR couldn't advised me when I tried to push him on this matter.

Following the RNS on Zulu placing below, we, shareholders, were not advised who could participate for these placing and if a major company have participated into this placing? The clue is there and we should be advised pretty soon I reckon.
Premier has today issued by way of a placing ("Placing"), conditional on admission, 625,000,000 new ordinary shares of nil par value ("Placing Shares") at a Placing price of 0.16 pence per Placing Share. The Placing Shares will, when issued, rankpari passuin all respects with the existing ordinary shares. Monecor (London) Ltd, trading as ETX Capital ("ETX Capital"), acted as the Company's sole placing agent in respect of the Placing.

Have we seen all of the 625,000,000 new ordinary shares going through and we were involved in getting them?

Merger: so PREM will be funding CIRCUM after selling part of or all of ZULU after DFS. CIRCUM have never been able to find funding so Dattel mate GR will do it for him :(

Welshy69, don't worry all those long term holders have already or are still offloading ready for the big dilution. GR as it's best unfortunately. I have just told you so don't get upset when it does happen. I have spoken to the big man and he has not change a bit.

Snowking, If you have not used your tax allowance of £20k within the year, you cannot use it 2 years later. Furthermore, are you sure that you are not selling ready for the future dilution that GR is preparing.
