Its quite common for folk to chuck in 1/5th of their monthly maximum, and take each years offerings in a continual series over the next five years (if offered). Alternatively, if a better (lower) option price comes along the next year, cash in your earlier plans and restart using a higher monthly contribution. Done both myself.

The fact is. 5630 (ish) employees could have taken up the plan (in any amount to their maximum) yet only 440 did. Which is a pi55 poor takeup rate for what you keep saying is a "bargain" price.

All those employees who swerved the offering clearly didnt think it was a good deal - despite their funds being 100% returnable if the sp dropped below the offer price.
