Agreed,Spud,dear friend....the balancing or matching trade will show up fairly early ..this has indeed happened twice before recently with no TR1 via a RNS ..indeed anyone prepared to invest £75K just at this time is very brave ...perhaps not so risky though towards Autumn !!!! If remotely we are wrong then a RNS will reveal our new Significant Shareholder soon.

We do have an enormous amount of shares in circulation..but we have lots going for us once the targets highlighted by you are met ..."other sites both in UK and Europe even elsewhere ".
Funding,Marine Licence final approval,FID, Construction Start ( also SNIP in the Longer Term ) sorted and we shall be on our way .
I just hope that the local meetings can somehow help to convince those against us that the project is for the benefit of the whole of the Island of Ireland .Most of the protesters are presumably reasonable and intelligent people using Gas to heat their homes and cook with ..obviously not all as The gas network in Ireland is not as developed as U.K. but Gas still has an important role to play til renewables and nuclear are ready to take over fully.

Here Here ..Naz is relatively harmless but we still need to deal with his posts carefully.....a lot of these are misinformation or either just incorrect or plain falsehoods ..we had him banned a short while back for such ..but he keeps popping up like the proverbial bad apple ..The big point as you say is that from 2018 we have a total new BOD and regime ...and lots of positives going forward .....

I have it on good authority that the Term Sheet ( as defined by me in a previous post earlier) has been concluded only after very lengthy Due Diligence and Investigation by Vitol ..so it is more than likely to morph into a full agreement and this will enhance the prospects of the Equity/Debt Providers coming on board v soon....

And ....there are potentially more and exciting deals to come inc a FRSU !!

Hi,Folks ...do watch JW's Chat as highlighted in the left hand margin --he has worked so hard of late and he does smile...eventually.Now I am no expert in matters merely an observer and rampant ramper as you know,but (like you all) I am bemused at the negative SP today after a rapid rise first thing then drop back to even levels of yesterday.I can only reason this :

1. A Term Sheet maybe legally binding but it is only a bullet-point document setting out the material terms and
conditions leading to discussion or a final agreement ..still more work to do.
2. The Term Sheet is subject to " conditions precedent and final agreement " not final yet .we do not know the
conditions
3..Still more work to do on Equity/Debt funding,Construction Contracts and of course FID
4. Negotiations on the final Marine Licence--- though do listen carefully to the end of the Video as this is well
under control.
5. SNIP -this has been much dialogued lately though Due Diligence will have now been carried out by Vitol and
others so should not to be of concern.
6. AIM and the MM's /vagaries of the market place
7. Profit takers in particular Warrant Holders..maybe ?

Now having listened carefully to JW :

1. This Term Sheet news today IS transformational..We are linked in a potential long term partnership with a truly
World Class Blue Chip player who is now our disclosed Partner to be.
2. It underpins the whole business and allows Equity/Debt deals to be concluded
3. It adds momentum to funding,finalising Construction Contracts ( again with World Class players) and FID.
4. Infa is setting a high benchmark for satisfying Daera over environmental issues and all information and model test
results are provided with a daily link proposed during operations.Compliance is one of the utmost concerns for
JW.

IMHO this is why the SP is muddled today -we have the sensational news that we have all been awaiting and JW and his team must be congratulated on being able to team up with the BIG boys ..when the analysts have analysed the SP is bound to rise .remember always,folks,that the BOD are themselves invested here ..speaks volumes ..onwards and ..............

this project is needed .The E.U and also The U.K. government think so and are prepared to back us as are the LTH's here ...still think that he's a she !!!

......at present because we await that little red dot on the top of the board and without it the SP is in the doldrums .The current projected deal ( 7 caverns + 110% Blue Chip Partners Equity and Debt Providers) is a tough call for a small AIM Company like ours with many pieces to fit together.When the announcement of the identity of the chosen Offtaker ( or even Offtakers) Equity and Debt Providers is made the roar will be deafening ..be assured and have confidence over the weekend !!

Agreed,folks..am still confident that JW has something up his sleeve (or his kilt !!) for us as he is in the Long Term Game here and is a highly regarded and experienced operator in this field...yes,we do own the field.....but as you say we are all somewhat exasperated now after 6 months of no real news.

Total nonsense as always ...I thought that Naz had been banned for false news some time ago ? As you say we need honest positive information /comments on this Board ..nothing else is acceptable..Even if the comments are not necessarily fully what we want to hear ..if they are constructive and well researched those will lead to a good dialogue ..that's what the forum is all about !

Good one,Nobby, about the relative small temporary damage to Marine Life in relation to sea bottom scraping trawlers -everything must be taken in perspective --I have checked with Allenby Capital today and my assessment and recollection about Pipeline Structure and flows are confirmed .so no fake news from me,ramper that I usually am ! This project is 110% needed and by the time construction is complete even more so.
