Spot on,Drodders ..in all respects .I hope you don't mind your new Infa Name..If you were Roderick ,you would be Rodders.You could I suppose team up with your mate,Spud,and bring along your rod !
Anyhow to the point..H&W is a true bargain ( I had better not say snip!?) It is worthy of immense acclaim that the BOD have secured this one in the bag. I am not sure what the competition was but there must have been other bidders for this gem.The yard is fully functional, the last wind blade having left only two months ago.Orders and potential orders abound. We need to generate cash asap with our new found tangible asset,so tomorrow and the next two weeks are going to be exciting for most but perhaps unsettling for some prone to seasickness ... the Placement will confirm the vision in that the BOD want to grow baby Infa to a 50M youngster in 12-18 months.I never have been privy to any placement news prior to announcements including this one but remember that the N.I. Executive and the Gov. ( in so far there is one ?) would never have allowed us on board if they though we would fail .Any competition for the yard would have been from large corporations or institutions possibly? We beat them off !!!
So see what comes along, hold on to the mainspar and back the BOD at this crucial time .Drodders' last remarks are just so correct...and IM is still on course ..just !!

Thanks,Radders...just felt a bit bothered about allegations of "upsetting the locals" One really does have to see the state of the area around Ballylumford and the North Coast to understand where I am coming from ..The locals could well do with Infa's help over there ! onwards and upwards

Wow...lootgaloot requires a firm response .." A non neutral holder " tells all ..just let me tell you politely that I have always tried to be respectful to the locals including Lisa ?? And was rebuked at the time for allowing her space ..I still Regard her comments as "objective" but others especially over the weekend disagree .
Now about comments about the state of Islandmagee .you very conveniently edited out the symbol "North " to which I was referring .In fact I should have referred to the state of the North Coast of the Island ..I stand by me words ..they do not reflect the residents but the appalling decay of the place and area especially around Ballylumford and the inlets .Abandoned facilities including a caravan park .A decaying cafe and toilet facility abandoned...From my travels the area needs either self help from the residents or the Government or (as I was suggesting) from Infa when we are eventually generating cash ..I come from a rural community myself in Shropshire and have a look again at the post as it was not the residents who were being described ...If you have never been to the North do go and have a look ....but I assume that you may be one of the community any way ..IMHO it's about time that some of the "proud locals" stepped up to the mark and allied with Infa as to what can be done ..quite a few have already but not enough .The price drop today is IMHO par for the course when there is and has to be a lack of actual positive news .I did warn of choppy seas ahead .So no offence to the locals and when you reread the post you will see where I was coming from and my worthy intentions ..hoping that this clears the air !!!

Just a note that may interest you ..had a call from a good friend and fellow poster and known investor saying that my comments about the "relative "deprived state" of the North coast of Islandmagee have not gone too well with some posters on Twitter or Fbook ..apparently my comments are rubbished or words to that effect .Anyhow not to worry ...I have seen the need for regenerational ( big word ) action urgently ..we need to keep well on side those that support us and reward those that respect us when we say that when able we will tidy up and improve the area ....like Droderick I have visited the north coast and spoken with residents ..they would appreciate any help the can get ..it is not coming from Government or any others on the Island ..that is a strength that we have and need to work on with the admirable help of JT and others !! Interesting week ahead ..sleep well !

Droderick and others have done us proud .I too have had a tour of N Islandmagee this year ."Pitiful,abandoned,decrepit, in dire need of investment of all types,dejected,rejected,hopelessly cut off " ...............these words come to mind...As you say the nearest Pub/Community enterprise is miles away nearly as far as Carrickfergus on the shores of Belfast Lough.There is no quick easy access to Larne Port ..and talking of which perhaps the less said the better this eve as I surely will be in deep ****. Urgent capital investment and public spirited encouragement badly needed not the clap trap and quite simply vicious and darn right rude anti Infa sentiment constantly produced.We need to stay focussed and to do something positive and we will do just so when enabled to move over the current choppy times.You bet !! Well done Lads on some superb welcome and well constructed comments today ...59 and counting !! Sleep well !

......but the seas are far from calm both politically and ecomonically. Droderick really does hit the mark.As you know I have been invlved since inception .When the current BOD took over some 18 months or so ago we were stalled and going nowhere after the debacle of Woodburn and otherwise ..Placements at near zero price etc.
They have taken the Company by its reins and given its quite some whip ..
"Commitment" ----- Working socks off and taking up personal stakes in shares and accepting minimal reward and payment,a lot by shares not cash ..unlike many overpaid executives on AIM .
"Dedication " Focussing daily on simple hard work ( I know how jolly hard the team has worked ) and constant networking with high worth contacts .
"Ambition" -Making the most of their respective contacts in the sector and having a focus/ambition as to where they want the Company to be in 12-24 months time --we are not talking about a capitalistaion them of anything like £6m !
Choppy seas ahead ..................the header is correct !!

.....Just a thought ...do we get our money back whilst the Gov. Has placed a moratorium on the industry ?...hope so as the game rules are changed ....But this not an absolute ban ...just a hold until we sort out the quakes ...when we start to have supply problems this may change and Gas Fracking and indeed Gas Storage will come back into fashion ...you bet ..Gas will be King for some time yet so watch out Extinction Dodo's !!

.....for weekend reading on this Board.Let's have some informed and objective comment and foresight as to where we will be by year end ......and then by end 2020.Choppy seas ahead still IMHO and land not yet in sight !

JW would certainly not have entertained buying H&W if he could not see it being viable from potential orders from the Navy and otherwise let alone reducing the Capex on the big one.Further there is no way he would have been allowed or encouraged to do so by our partners and contractors ( some of whom are owed money ) and the N.I. EXecutive/ the Government if they were not convinced that all targets for Islandmagee could be met by year end ...that includes the ML ! IN the grand scheme of business we are a "tiddler" and we would not have been allowed to bite off more than we can chew without much thought and Due Diligence ...the cost and the adverse publicity would have been overbearingly dreadful for all. I have every confidence that JW & Co can make H&W work wonders once funds come in by year end .That include the cheque from Mr.Junker!

Islandmagee is the Crown ....H&W is the potential jewel in the Crown. You can safely bet on that folks. As for Barrow, we shall see once DD is sorted.One Crown,two Jewels...maybe more !!

Am partly surprised to see Blue today after all the continued negativity this week.But if JW and his team pull off all the bits for Islandmagee this year and make a success of H&W and keep the oh so proud skilled work force employed with a full order book not only internally but from say the M.O.D then we will have reason to be very proud. Yes,there are risks still with the nature of the full funding per Riverfort but hopefully this can be tempered by the N.I. Executive grants ? Stay proud ..very proud to be on board this voyage !!Who else is on board here ?!!! Are you as proud as I am !

Tango .am with you all the way on this one .My Fund Manager warned me that with negative sentiment from yesterday's view point per Share Prophets then today would be gloomy and it was so.Heeding guidance I took the advice and plunged in shortly after opening ..But,Hey ,Tango ..the fundamentals for all 3 projects ( but Islemagee first ) remain firmly in place with probably all contingencies capable of being resolved by year end .
Also the future for H&W has never looked brighter ..Scottish Independence syndrome applies.
Do not plan your retirement for 1st January 2020 ...but I say that 2020 will be an exciting and truly formative year for our voyage ...and my Fund Manager agrees !! I just hope that Allenby Capital can concur also ...soon !

Spot on..Tango --The security of Rosyth came up in the 2014 Independence saga and is well documented in BBC archives and elsewhere. Scotland and it's folk may for the most part be a bit idiosyncratic (apologies to JW) but they are primarily industrious and proud (just like the folk of Belfast)...they are just being led up the wrong path by deluded political leaders ..we need to be ready to take advantage !

Will in future refer to our new shipbuilding and infrastructure partner as "Babbers" -- ( as the more tender part of it's name is redacted !! .......Is that OK with you Radders ?

............to gain even more employment for H&W....Having heard the closing speech of that truly ghastly NS at the SNP Conference this afternoon and Scotland's new slide towards independence,we need to have Bab**** and others ( and perhaps ourselves ) to lobby Government to place as much if not all the work on the new frigates with us.
There is no reasoning for Rosyth to be kept going in the circumstances .Labour and infrastructure are not a problem..Thoughts please !

I can truly say that JW and AR know fully well what they are doing ---Arun has pulled off a masterstroke deal ..finance is complicated as to be expected and JW has admirably dealt with fronting the PR this week .Not without it's problems but IMHO the Government would not allow this deal to progress without assessing that Isle Magee is feasible ..and that's the issue !! Looking good and sound for the long term here !
