Yes Myguess, that�s quite a leg up for that particular contract. Moreover, the doubling of the licence capacity sends out a very positive message to prospective clients from an existing user. I�m not being negative, but this sort of business needs to become the norm. But business creates business, so hopefully the speed of growth will develop exponentially.

Myguess, I'm genuinely surprised there hasn't been more to tell us, given the Spanish add-on, the bank investment etc.

What a crap week that was. Some investors clearly seeing little to hang on for. Let's hope VIP has something positive and material to tell us about quite soon.

The SP is slipping back again, which seems the routine with VIP. With more irons in the fire for this apparently upwardly mobile and expanding company you'd think that there would be more to say, more often. Come on guys, give the market another nudge...

A very important six-month report coming up. It really needs a solid and demonstrable shift towards making a profit for the full year. That was their target and it would be a big setback if they are not on track.

Myguess, I think the payments sector will undergo quite rapid rationalisation and consolidation due to the number of players (although l don't profess to be fully conversant with the layering of services offered by all the different providers). Logically, Vipera could be at risk of being squeezed out by the big guys unless they have particularly desirable and unique processes. If they do have something desirable then they obviously become a potential buyout target. To avoid either scenario, I suspect VIP has to grow pretty fast. So both exciting and scary prospects to me.

Well, I was quite surprised to see the uplift when there had been of zero trades. If that's down to a shortage of free stock the next couple of months should be interesting. Let's hope the new business keeps coming at regular intervals to avoid the reversals that have routinely hit the SP. but yes it seems like a different company these days.

Good to have confirmation of the takeover, and it gave the SP a little nudge. So -onwards and upwards, may the ducks all line up soon... The company is certainly giving off vibes of increasing strength and confidence, so lots of progress still to come this FY, I suspect.
