Hopefully we’ll see a gradual move away from 400p now that the update has been published and digested. Business might have been slower but the world will still need o&g, new wells will be drilled and sales will certainly pick up in due course.

Market momentum is building nicely. The better range can only help create exponential growth. Could see the after-burners turned on here before long.

CD the market previously reacted immediately by moving the price p to the then known offer price. The market now fails to react to any significant degree which with my poor insight makes me suspicious there is another ‘known’ not yet in the public domain. Investors are not usually so circumspect about making easy money.

A pathetic market response which suggests to me that those in the know already have the ballpark figures - and they aren’t much to write home about. Hmmm...

At first I thought naa, Friday isn’t normally a day for an RNS from Amer, but then I remembered the announcement of an offer came on a Friday. So, maybe...just maybe... Countering that thinking is the fact that Amer’s news management is normally tighter than a ducks arse...
