Hi Tom, I saw the CWD share price drop. I have been dealing with them in Q4 of 2017. One of their divisions is selling a property for me in Central London....they are useless and I have just st appointed new Agents. I think the drop in the CWD sp says more of them than it does of the residential housing market as a whole

Morning Nige, while I understand your logic in respect of the SP, I agree with Troubles that 260 is too bullish. I would think however that perhaps 230 is more realistic as an ex Divi price. Having said that much will depend on the markets reaction to the next trading statement due on 18th April. In any event I am quite happy to sit back and enjoy the yield in the knowledge that there is plenty of cash to cover it

Yes seems perverse doesn't it.... Perhaps the market was expecting an even more robust trading statement....anyway there seems to be plenty of cash, and a commitment to maintain the current dividend policy, which will do nicely

Seems to be a pretty robust Tradibg Statement this morning and certainly provides support for an increase in the SP, and hopefully an increase in the Div

Went to my local Curry's/PC World Mega Store yesterday. It was absolutely packed, with buyers. I bought a new Samsung 55" TV, great deal, helpful staff, and plenty of others actually buying.... A lot of business being done so all looked pretty good to me! GLA

It seems therefore, if I am reading this correctly, that the current price on the NASDAQ equates to approximately �1.50 on the AIM..... Quite a fall from grace of a few months back, and not much in the way of optimism in the mood on here it appears

Lol......a bit like "tell Sid".... From a few years back. On what I hope might be a positive note, I was in my life cal Curry's at the weekend and was chatting to the Manager. He says that their figures are "well up on last year" and that the business is doing well. He said the staff generally couldn't believe their CEO's statement in August, and said that he obviously failed to mention that all the areas of the business, other than the one he expressed concern about, were performing well, and that in his view the drop in share price was way over done. It certainly seemed to me that the place was very busy, and that the staff were motivated and that morale was good.
