I think that the relatively subdued share price is more to do with general market uncertainty, rather than the the sector itself. The problem is that the markets are uneasy about the direction of the economy, which is compounded by the critical stage of the Brexit negotiations, and until that is is resolved in one way or another I think that share prices will be generally a bit subdued

And can I ask what makes you so "sure" about that?

Hi Divi chaser, by coincidence I did exactly the same. I sold out of TW at 174.8 several weeks back and bought Sxx at 35.8 (I topped up and previously bought at 24.8 About 10 months ago.) my entry point for TW was 146 though, so I did make a profit.

I am in BDEV, and like others on her do agree that they seem to out perform TW

Interesting article which I think very clearly expresses the various factors behind recent events, and which still underlines the strong case for investment in this project which is now substantially de-risked. It also discloses that the shares are trading at a massive discount to NPV, Which should restore a bit of faith and dispel the recent panic.... Hopefully!

I agree with you about that Phooks, the DMD programme was talked up, and now it's as if it had never happened and been erased from the Company's history

I think to be realistic we should all recognise, and accept that by "investing" in a company like this we are not so much "investing" as "speculating"....and in so far as it can be construed as being an investment then it only is for the long term. In the long term therefore I believe this will be viewed in retrospect as a short term blip in the share price, which at today's level still constitutes IMHO a good long term "investment".... Or punt!

I don't think we can expect it to go up in a straight line and there will inevitably be periods of consolidation. I do however think that any further drop in the SP,will afford a decent buying opportunity
