Not sure you understand how dividends work, the 13p has already been deducted on ex divi day.

The day to day share price is generally governed by worldwide economic events, it’s not specific to Glen , it’s all commodity shares. Have a look at all the other miners in the time period after the previous ex-divi and you will see they had similar price movements. Exclude the 21p ish drop for the divi and Glen haven’t fallen as much as the other miners.

What point are you trying to make, all the miners are down today?

A lot of talk about losing the tax wrapper for dividends but that doesn’t begin to compare with the amount of capital gains tax investors would be liable for if you were to sell your shares ,at for example £3,I would have a 5 figure tax liability if sold outside of an ISA.
