Thanks for the info, at that exchange rate we’ll get a bit more than I thought though I think you got stitched up by Rio as they stated the 15th sept as the denomination date , the rate was $1.14 not $1.20 as they paid against, robbed you of 13p /share

Any companies that I’ve had that pay in dollars,BP, EVRAZ, they always have a currency denomination date., a week or two prior to pay date.The monies would need to be allocated prior to pay date for simplicity of transfer of funds on the day.

My understanding is that you don’t have to provide bank details and you would receive a cheque by post, if this is correct you would only need to nominate Euros as your preferred form of payment

It’s not your broker who is saying that they can’t be changed to paper certs now, it’s Evraz, they clearly state in the RNS that the 19th was the cut off date.

Evraz haven’t been delisted from the LSE, they have been deleted from the index along with Poly, Pog and a few others as below.

Evraz (UK, B71N6K8) will be deleted from the index.
Polymetal International (UK, B6T5S47) will be deleted from the index.
Petropavlosk (UK, 3154454) will be deleted from the index.

They are no longer on the electronic register but that doesn’t amount to being removed from the LSE unless anyone knows any different.
This new ‘broker’ has the feel of an ambulance chaser about them ,as such I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole .

Why are you confused , you’ve had an option to convert for weeks and didn’t take it up. Now that the deadline has passed you can longer apply for paper certs.
