Computershare were managing/ involved in the registration for paper certs upto the cut off date of when they could be applied for. Once that date passed they were no longer involved and EVR managed the paper share registry from there on.

When the sp tracks the price of gas then at this time . no it’s not really relevant. Not sure what % is hedged but with the low volumes being produced, increased day ahead prices don’t make a great deal of difference.

I don’t believe buybacks have any benefit to the SP, if they are cancelled the market cap reduces by the value of the buyback and the SP stays the same. It benefits the company as it raises the EPS and may benefit shareholders by an increase in dividends though only by a negligible amount.

I’ve come across quite a few equipment failures over the years and most of the if not all equipment manufacturers have disclaimers when they provide a quotation limited to equipment repair while under warranty on assumption that all maintenance/service is carried out, equipment replacement in the event of total failure. What they all exclude is any costs related to removal and changing of equipment. There is normally an exclusion in the quote and conditions of sale for any associated costs due to equipment failure eg compensation.
