That's not how I read the 19th May RNS. Here's the relevant bit: "Furthermore, Manchester-based developer Renaker Build Limited ("Renaker") has supplied Fox Marble with a letter of confirmation that the Company has been appointed Renaker's preferred supplier of natural stone on their projects. This significant step was achieved via Fox Marble's distribution agreement with Eboracum Marble Limited.". No talk of actual orders.

Thanks for your excellent contributions. This is how a BB should operate. I'm not very well at present so don't have anything to add (but a lot to think about).

The email address given on eboracum's site is info(at)eboracum-marble.co.uk which is clearly invalid. However replacing (at) with @ resulted in a message saying that delivery failed. Similarly phoning them resulted in the disconnected signal (not a voice message as one might expect) followed by a text requesting me to text them. I know it's bank holiday Sunday but even so, something is beginning to smell. By the way replace asterisks with shore praphets o and a transposed and all one word (! AAGH!).

Tom Winnifrith has written a piece on Fox. The focus is on Eboracum's truly useless website. All of the links point to the 'About Us' homepage (you will have to look below the pretty but extremely irritating slideshow) . It is not possible for example, to go to a page describing their products. For a company aimed at the home retail market, this is deeply suspicious. I can find Pisani's website and am reassured that they are a genuine respectable company however I cannot find anything (other than Fox related news releases) on 'Marble Dino sh.p.k”. Couldn't agree more. Ovarian is the one with huge commercial potential. We have to be patient though, clinical trials are notoriously slow.

It doesn't get more positive than that. There are now so many positive developments that I have the feeling the sp dam is about burst. But I've been wrong before :-(

If ET now has the excuse to sell his stake in that he can now say that he no longer trusts the bod to take the company in the right direction. It might make sense of a proposal that is widely regarded as a non starter.

The reason I raised the question is because a back-of-the-envelope calculation indicates that at recent cash burn rates, the coffers will be empty in early 2017.

And ... Zhang and Charpentier are both on the scientific advisory board for HZD. I'm starting to get a warm feeling about this company ... apart from talking to myself. Hello! Is there anybody out there?

In the HZD website About Us/ Our Science/ Patents it states that they have licences awarded by (among others) Broad and Harvard, ERS Genomics and Caribou which are the main institutions/companies associated with Zhang, Charpentier and Doudna (the three major protagonists) respectively. So in answer to my own question, it seems that HZD has covered all bases.
