I'm sorry but this is just nonsense posting again, people posting what they want to happen, not what is happening. Trust me I want success and 70p just as much as you. In fact what an unambitious group you are,when I was first here in 2018 the rampers where talking of £5 a go,one even offered to buy my (much larger at the time) holding at 40p a go and that was for only one mine. So the ducks are lined up are they??? In what way are the more lined up now than before the contractors dispute, in what way as the none resolution of this dispute put the ducks in a better place? The ducks are not lined up they are all over the f kin place avoiding the terminal blast of the shot gun. Again you can't just post what you want to happen, and present it as the actual truth, please tell me how you think this dispute, and reduced productivity as lined up the ducks?

I think you will find I tend to bash nonsense posts(similar to yours) than the company posts that use words like definite progress, without being able to produce any evidence of said progress, or being able to define what this progress looks like. Posts that think with one mine all but producing nothing and one mine transitioning, we are some how in a position to be reaping. Its the nonsense people post,that winds me up,as much as the pathetic performance of this company, latest one being lots of Isa money available today, only a fool would stick there isa money in a company facing the possibility of a long drawn out legal battle. Still you like to be positive, maybe you could give us a list of the positive things that have happened here recently, things that increase your confidence.

Last I heard Yan was going through a reduced production, transitanal phase, to underground mining,wasn't expected to hit targets yet.

That's not progress, we have had two mines for a while. Progress is something that as happened in recent days to move the company out of the awful position they are in, so again what is this definite progress you are presenting as a fact? What progress from a week ago. If you say definite progress you have to be able to definite it as something that moves us forward from the recent set back.

So Bushy, definitely progress , on what evidence do you state that as fact. Or is it another dear Santa posts? Dear Santa let there be progress! Why as there definitely been progress, what does this progress look like? How do you know after a couple of weeks negotiating we aren't exactly where we were at the beginning?

Problem is people get accused of being negative, but if these where the people servicing your car,or boiler, or where providing you with any service, would you keep them or change them ? Of course you would change them, you wouldn't except such shody work,but people here do except shody work,despite the pathetic performance of the directors, people continue to support them, keeping them in jobs they are not capable of performing efficiently. While they receive support, they will stay in their jobs, pick up the money and continue to fail. We need a few more voices condoning their failure, then something might change. Most stop reading this board at bedtime.

Sorry Roxi and I know I will be accused of being negative, but people can't keep writing dear Santa posts. Thinking because they want something to happen that's what will happen. Yes it makes sense for both sides to sort this ASAP. It's in everyone's interest, however it was in everyone's interest not to let it happen in the first place,but it still happened. Its been in everyone's interest for nearly a couple of weeks now to resolve this issue, but they haven't have they? Just because something makes sense and it's what you want to happen, doesn't convert to that being what will happen. Also likely is we have two stubborn parties who both think they are in the right and will look to prove it and recope THEIR losses through an protracted expensive legal battle. That's not good for anyone, but it's clear they haven't found any settlement yet. I don't want that to be the case,but what I want, and what you want is irrelevant. It's what happens that counts,not wishful thinking.

Trust me Anna, my expectations for Yan are very low,this is Hummingbird and Daniel Betts after all. Its the cup overflowing with stardust folk you need to warn. I've long ago written of my investment here., anything above zero is a bonus.

I'm not concerned about my investment, its small, I'm concerned about misleading, unrealistic post,affecting people's decisions here. Posts need to be honest and realistic, not as stated, cup completely full and over flowing with star dust nonsense.

Is there ever anyone who doesn't resort to the are you, or your not invested routine. Talk about unimaginative. Yes once again I have a small investment. I'm not a knowledgeable investor,but I try to use commen sense,hence not falling for April fools joke like those who choose not to use commen sense did. I also ask simple questions. For example, if at a time like this I had good news to tell( mainly regarding Yan) would I tell it or keep it secret? I would be getting out any good news I have to boost confidence and increase my bargaining position. These don't produce a lot of good news, and they aren't producing any now when it's needed. What does commen sense lead you to conclude?
