It wasn't me who raised the issue (excuse) about staff shortages, others raised the issue, all I'm saying is when the mine was ready, everything should have been ready, perfectly sensible, you wouldn't open a supermarket without having trained staff, you wouldn't open a factory without having trained staff, so why would you open a mine without staff? Please give me other examples of mines opening without trained staff, is this common practice in the industry? I'm not saying they didn't have lots of difficulties, I'm sure they did. I'm just saying those difficulties should have been sorted in advance, they had plenty of time while they were building the bloody thing. Good management would have been on top of it.
