Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Nonsense. The sensible thing to do would be to produce gold in a sufficient quantity ,at an acceptable price, so you can finance yourself. They cannot do it, that's evident, that's why it's not a knee jerk reaction. It's just reaction to strong evidence of what we already know. They don't produce the results. That's why we are here. You all got gold price you where hoping for. Its done nothing for you (predictably). This time next year you will all be placing your faith in the future, same as this year. It borders on a con.
People here need to stop writing Dear Santa postings. Dear Santa. I for Christmas can I have gold at $2500 per oz please ,and despite the fact they are perpetually useless, with little interest in the share holders, could you let Hummingbird produce loads of it really cheaply. Thankyou Santa, oh and could you put an Rns to that effect before Christmas so that, this debt ridden, inefficient piece on crepe rises to 20p plus, oh and Dear, Dear Santa could you stop that nasty David Brent putting posts up about results being the only thing that counts, because we prefer our fantasies. Thankyou Santa.
Investing policy doesn't really have a right or wrong in my opinion. Last few years I've re invested automatically, which is probably best policy. However as I'm starting to get on a bit, from now on I'm going to take the cash and have an extra holiday ot two, or some such treat. That seems a good policy for people my age.
Hopefully all the excitement is merited this time, but there is a tendancy here to find an article that says what you want to hear, and it's treated like it's a given factual prediction of the future. It's not,it's one person's opinion . Nothing as actually changed here, we are still dependent on performance, not speculation. One more poor quarterly performance and all the excitement is for nothing. We've had potential for ages. It's performance not potential that counts, remember every guess you make is based around improving performance, and we have yet to see that.
When it comes to maths there are 3 kinds of people. Those that can do it, and those that can't.
Yep my mistake. However gold is not doing anything notable at the moment.
By the way gold hasn't BURST through the 2000 mark. It's hovering around it like it as been for a while. People shouldn't post what they want to happen (we all want it at 2100 plus) instead of what is actually happening. It hasn't BURST through and left 2000 behind.
To be honest I don't have a figure, I'm not clever enough, but based on past performance I'd be very happy with 20p . I'd probably sell at that.
Just a feet on the ground reminder. Mr Betts as been talking the talk for a long time, he's an excellent salesman. He's already got you kissing goodbye to the 20s ,when we are struggling to reach and stay in double figures. Great salesman as he is ,he as yet hasn't matched performance to his words, just a reminder.
Anything can happen? Well who'd have thought it? What will happen is these will continue to underperformed, barely break even after debt payments. Go nowhere, and every next quarter will be vital, and disappointing at the same time. Best just accept you've backed a looser.
Or maybe some of us just like to have a light hearted smile every now and then. You should try it.
Please stop mentioning £3. It always applies the brakes.
Im not arguing, 285 12 months from now isn't unreasonable, but you use the word expect. Can you tell me why you expect, ta.
Bit early for that kind of optimisum Mrmath ,however definitely signs of better times, and we seem to avoided the pessimistic predictions of last week. Hopefully better times coming, anything over 235 by the end of the year good, hopefully better.
Gold is down today, Hummingbird is up,hope that means someone somewhere knows some new of better performance.
This was 20p on the prospect of having 2 relatively well run mines, that's not happened yet, until it does this won't move far from where it is, regardless of gold price. One day people will get it,this sp depends on the performance of the company, not the gold price.
gone a bit silent. did they want the vaccine or not? if not why did they **** us for not sending enough, quick enough??
funny because i remember us being called ******(yet again) for not supplying africa with the vaccine quickly enough, so did they want it or not?
Well one hate to go against one's nature, and things can change, however this as spent a few days moving forward, away from £2 a go, despite some pretty negative forecasts, could we have reached the bottom and perhaps dodged a bullet? I never believed all the hype about this reaching £3 this year, but I'm also not seeing this below £2 . The world hasn't suddenly changed (unfortunately) but the decline here may have stopped for some reason.
One hates to go against one's nature, but have the last couple of days given cause for a little optimisum that things won't be quite as bad as forecast here?
