There is no specialist Biuotech/Biopharma investment community in the UK which is why Tiziana wants to ultimately dump their UK listing and be listed 100% on NASDAQ without an adr program. At that point it will get a proper valuation, and with the current pipeline and assets we will see that valuation far in excess of $1bn if you compare it to similar Co's with similar pipelines and assets.

And for those in doubt there are plenty of PRE-REVENUE NASDAQ Biotechs with smaller pipelines, and a single drug candidate targeting a single indication with valuations far in excess of $1bn.

that's 100% correct claire, there is actually a single order book and they can settle adr trades with Ordinary share and vice-versa. The UK will generally sell on this type of news and the Americans generally buy, so the best way to ensure long term value is not to sell!

I agree Stims and there are a number of short positions that will be reduced - the Americans are using call options to screw shorts on a number of stocks and whilst the main action is on GME and AMC, it's widely reported that short positions are being wound down generally across the entire market to avoid getting suddenly squeezed by the Reddit crew.
