plenty of examples of Biotechs that have no revenue, make big losses and have mcaps of hundreds of millions, in some cases billions, it's all about the pipeline, the IP and the future projections of revenue, cash generation and buyout prospects

It appears that BGNE's volume in Hong Kong is what really drives the value of the Company, far exceeding the shares in the U.S. I do hope we press ahead with a HK listing given that so many Biotechs have had such successful listings there over the last couple of years. I expect Asian Investors would love to invest in this wonderful Company.

The SEC has decided not to push ahead with the de-listing of Alibaba and Tencent holdings, which bodes well for all China related Co's listed in the U.S.

As they have a primary listing in London they do not have to wait until Tuesday, although most Co's with an ADR program would do so!

I agree, and I think you either invest in the Company or you don't. Most will find trying to arbitrage between London Ordinary Shares and NASDAQ ADR's is a pointless exercise due to the Exchange fees most Brokers charge. I have a U.S. trading account as I have a U.S Social Sec number and a U.S. address so I own both without paying those fees but it won't work for most people. If the Brazil data is as we expect it to be I think those who are short will be getting margin calls!

I won't can't aspersions on Americans as I used to lie there full time and still own a house there, but I think you'll find it is the American market where most of the shorting is occurring Tiz!
