I do not think that is the case at all. A follow on trial/dose expansion will commence immediately in February and will not cost anywhere near what Tiziana have in current cash resources.

I hold U.S Stocks directly in my SIPP with AJ Bell and HL and buy/sell on a regular basis without an issue - they will ask you to complete a W-8BEN form however

It is possible to old U.S Stock with most Brokers, I hold a number of U.S Biotechs and FAANG stocks. The Company's Brokers should arrange a conversion if it ever happens.

The London market fails to value Biotechs correctly - there is no specialist Investor community to speak of either. NASDAQ only will be fantastic.

Seasoned Biotech Investors will not be alarmed in the slightest if trial data is delayed by a few days, traders and people who know nothing about the sector should become more familiar with the way the sector works. Gabriele is not selling. None of the major holders are selling, probably because they are long term investors who will enjoy significant shareholder value appreciation over time.

a few points to make here spinnaker

1. There are 2 parts to the trial, one is Foralumab on its own the second is a combination trial with dexamethasone and data will be reported on both.
2. With regards to the size of the trial it was kept sm,all so they could report the data much more quickly, and if the data is good the trial will be significantly expanded. If the initial trial was a much bigger cohort data would have taken much longer to gather and publish.

I don't think anyone knows for sure if the data will have a significant impact on the share price, but I wouldn't be surprised, especially as the world is finally beginning to realise Covid19 is here to stay forever, and effective therapeutics will be required even with a successful vaccine rollout program

I fully agree that TILS was never about Covid, but fortunately or unfortunately depending on your point of view, the nearest short term catalyst is indeed all about Covid. Hopefully the data will be positive with the Primary Endpoint being met, trial expansion, then focus can pivot to the other assets again.

I agree, on the probability that the topline efficacy & safety data is as we expect, based on the anecdotal comments from Shailu, Weiner etc. If the data is lacklustre or worse then that would be a negative, but I doubt that will be the case.
