I say respectfully that my point, which you misunderstood, was this. There is no possibility that the Company would give that sort of market sensitive information to an individual Investor as they are well aware it is against Stock Market rules to do so. Clearly I am not going to report the Company, because they haven't given out the sort of information you suggest but it was a way of alerting other investors to be wary about these sorts of claims on social media.

As for getting off my high horse you are welcome to check all my posts and every single one is flagged as "Strong Buy"

What I meant was it is not right to set inexperienced people's expectations claiming that a Company has given an Investor market sensitive information. They wouldn't do it and people should be made aware that the claim is almost certainly false. For the avoidance of doubt check my opinion on every post (Strong Buy) whereas many seem to have no opinion at all, which I find rather odd...

It is illegal for the company to provide this type of market sensitive information to someone who may use it to their advantage. I think Paul the Plumber should stick to plumbing and avoid fantasy island.

That's not unusual for an earl to mid stage Biotech.

All clinical trials, including the planning, reporting of data etc is handled externally by a CRO. They have a clinical advisory board consisting of a number of external people inc. Dr. Weiner of the Harvard Medical Institute. They also outsource the preparation and manufacturing to a 3rd party.

All of this is perfectly above board and quite normal.

I doubt MM's have any knowledge about sentiment, and they could't care a jot whether the price rises or falls, all they are interested in is volume.

I agree, and actually they should under-promise and over-deliver with regards to timescales, instead of the other way round. That would serve them well when it comes to Investor trust and confidence, something which a chap in a cheap red bow-tie cannot achieve.......

This is quite normal in the world of early-mid stage Biotech investing....unfortunately, and timescales in the Biotech world are different to the normal world. A delay of a few days or even weeks doesn't even register as a delay with most biotechs

Shelf Registration is an extremely common method for U.S. listed securities to raise new capital without the need for new prospectus each time they do so. It is very common here in the United States.

Yes, some Brokers including mine (AJ Bell) have stated they will credit the shares when they receive them, which means they will show on your account once they are listed and trade-able. If you are entitled to them then you remain entitled to them, once they actually exist.

I agree IntrepidInvestor, there is a huge amount of liquidity sloshing around in the U.S looking for a home, and as the U.S. is capable of seeing the potential and creating value in early to mid stage Biotechs, that is the market the Co. should focus on.

These shelf registrations lodged with the SEC are very common, it's great news as it gives the Company a very quick access to new capital without the need to repeatedly obtain new authority. To me this signals further intent that the Company will eventually be 100% NASDAQ listed, which will be a good thing.

results will be available within the next couple of weeks, not in 2 weeks time, so it could be any day. How people expect to trade in and out constantly switching just to make a few quid is rather odd. Buy, Hold. Sell once you've made real profits....or hold for even bigger gains when the Co realises the true value of its pipeline assets over the next few years.
