Yes, that is 100% clear and no one is disputing that. Where the RNS provides confusion is by what it doesn't say rather than what it does. It should have clearly stated the NASDAQ listing will occur shortly after the London listing. There was no mention of the latter, which is why people were concerned.

The Company's comms need to be much more clear.

The Company needs to employ a better NOMAD, every RNS begs more questions than it answers. The RNS should have said Tiziana Life Sciences plc (NASDAQ: TLSA; LSE: TILS), today announced that its former subsidiary, Accustem Sciences Limited ("Accustem"), intends to file a listing application with the Nasdaq Stock Market shortly after completion of the LISTING IN LONDON AND ASSOCIATED distribution of shares in Accustem to Tiziana Life Sciences SHAREHOLDERS ON THE RECORD DATE STATED IN RNS XXXX

rather than

To someone's point, you do not have to be a current Shareholder in Tiziana to be entitled to, and receive Accustem shares.

The laziness and inaccuracy in some of their RNS's and comms is atrocious, something you can expect on AIM, but they have a main listing so should behave as such.

" Prior to full commercial scaling, we expect to focus our first revenues from a small number of early adopting sites, where we may also subsidize the full cost of the test to encourage use and create further validation data. This is expected to be within 24 months of Admission"

Last year they claimed Accustem would commercialise the tests this year in Italy first, I wonder if that's another timescale that was wildly optimistic, now they seem to be saying "within 24 months of Admission"

Jatw I think the 5. ESTIMATED INCIDENCE IN MAIN TARGET INDICATIONS section is very new, added since the AR version of the Deck, I am not sure what else has been added but will take a longer look in the next couple of days.

I absolutely agree on your point about Asian investors Jatw, there seems little further appetite in the U.S. and the London market is barely worth bothering with. I think/hope an Asian listing will significantly boost the Company's valuation. Like you, I continue to Buy.

Yet another positive vote of confidence by a Private Equity Firm with a track record in making large strategic investments, with a defined exit strategy. At $30.50 a share I'd say that is excellent value for them, hopefully that will give the present depressed valuation a lift.

you mention the rotation, presumably based partly on inflation fears driven by the 10 year treasury yield but it didn't last very long - look at the FAANG stocks in the last week - they are on fire again.

In my opinion fdh Hutchmed will be a $20bn mcap Company by 2026. By that time forecast annual revenues will be circa $1.2bn and the Company should be profitable with earnings in excess of £200m. The commercial success is really starting to accelerate more thanks to the large & deep pipeline and first/best in class treatments.

Despite various things to hit the valuation including anti-chinese sentiment in the U.S. I remain confident that an Asian listing will be very positive for the valuation. I continue to buy.

I think that the London listing has probably served its purpose and there is little understanding or support for Bipopharmas at this stage of their development here. Mark Slater often says that people still do not understand the Company, which is not the Company's fault. As for NASDAQ there is clearly an anti-chinese sentiment among U.S investors, both individual and institutional. I suspect many mutual funds, state pension funds etc have investment mandates that simply prohibit them from investing directly or in any funds with a China element.

Given that markets are supposed to be forward looking, my hope is that a listing in HK will be the only way in which the valuation will begin to reflect the pipeline and the rapidly improving financials.

I hope the approval of Sulanda in the U.S. will also be critical. I've been invested here for over 10 years but have increased that investment substantially in the last 3 years, so have effectively averaged up on the view the share price would gradually rise as revenues increased and new approvals gained traction. This has proved to be fairly ineffectual!

For the remainder of 2021 I'm looking forward to Savo approval in China and Sulanda in the United States, both of which will be major achievements for the Company.

It would be concerning if the Company were not burning cash at this stage of their development.

A non-core / non-strategic asset is sold bringing in a large amount of cash and that is seen as negative by the market rather than positive. Clearly the market and investors still don't understand this great Company and how large it will be in 5 years time!

Disposal of no-core / non-strategic asset OTC Business seems to make perfect sense and a price of 22x net profit appears good too.

The aggregate amount to be received by HUTCHMED of approximately $169 million in cash represents about 22 times HBYS' adjusted net profit attributable to HUTCHMED equity holders of $7.7 million in 2020[1]. Of the proceeds, approximately $127 million is related to its shareholding in HBYS with the approximately $42 million balance related to distributions of the previously announced land compensation and prior year undistributed profits.

no one seems to know MAX, the only thing I've seen is that the Company recently posted an SEC Registration form for Accustem ADRs. The Company committed to the listing in Q1 2021 so they have a week to complete it, although they never seem to meet any self-imposed deadline. The Company is radio silent with regards to Accustem.
