As expected there was no mention of potential listings and there were no Analayst Questions, all questions were stated by the BoA Analayst. It was a general discussion about the pipeline and compelling events for the remainder of the year.

I think that is my main concern. I have no issues with the Company, its stunning progress, strategy and the fantastic Leadership Team, but I am concerned how a small sell-off can wipe hundreds of millions off the mcap, and how that could put off future Investors.

I have been a regular buyer for the last 5 years and am currently sitting on large losses, whilst the share price may have got ahead of itself 3 years ago I assumed it would remain static and not fall back by 35%.

Today the market values Hutchmed @ $25 per adr, nowhere near the theoretical $43.10 attributed b y TD.

correction, another $145 million has been wiped off the mcap in a single day, and half a Billion $ in 1 week. I cannot understand how the market can do this, I just assume some large players are selling. Very disappointing.

does anyone know what the Chairman does on a day to day basis? Is this a lifestyle business or does he actually do something to justify his salary?

I'm afraid this Company treats Investors with contempt and they should wither take it private or start behaving properly. They also need to stop trying to ramp it on RedChip and start a proper grown-up Investor Relations strategy.

As for Accustem they have blatantly mis-lead Investors, either willingly or due to their own incompetence or poor corporate advice.

All this Company does is over-promise and under-deliver. Institutions who took part in the placement at a price much higher than today's cannot be happy. This post is tagged as "no opinion" because I am so tired of this company I've lost the will to have an opinion as to buy, sell, hold etc.

I suspect/hope the Company and our brilliant CEO is doing just that scooby. My concern is that such a tiny volume of adr's traded in one session can simply wipe $100m off the mcap in a day, which is then repeated for a number of days. It makes no sense that around $1bn has been wiped off the mcap YTD despite all the huge progress, which is very frustrating, even for long term investors.

$884,000 worth of stock traded today on NASDAQ that's wiped another $100m off the mcap. I don't understand how such small volume can have such an impact other than the fact the order book is so small. I hope that issue is removed once/if we get an Asian listing.

not so sure Horizon Ventures and others would only focus on Tech, the Biopharma industry is growing massively across Asia, especially in China

Iam not sure about CKHH. It may be the case that some institutional investors will not invest in a Company where another Investor has so much of the voting rights. Other than that I can't see any issues but I don't understand the valuation. Given all the huge progress and future potential I expected the valuation to gradually increase, not decline. Down again today. Employees and senior management must also be concerned given the Options at stake here at strike prices above today's price.

and the Company's valuation can literally drop by $150 Million by someone selling a few thousand ADR's on NASDAQ. Something is very wrong here if that can happen and I cannot see how that would not put off future Investors. I'm not sure what the answer is but pin my hopes on an Asian Listing.

4 years of huge progress by the Company and corresponding valuation simply wiped out - we are back to Sept 2017 market capitalisation now....... incredible

My view wouldn't change simply because outside of China (mainly U.S. + EMEA to a lesser extent) Surufatinib has the following forecast Annual peak sales which you could reasonably expect with say 2 - 3 years:-

Pancreatic NET = $162m
Other NET = $528m

That excludes other indications that will come later, such as biliary tract

So to my mind by say 2025/2026 Surufatinib alone could be producing annual revenues of $690m outside of China, hence the Company's annual revenues could be around the $1bn by this period. The growth over the next few years will be very significant.

thanks for that Jatw, and we do know that the NET specialist community seem to be well aware of Surufatinib so one would hope they will be very keen to get this new treatment into their clinics. I hope the FDA get this approval completed within 6 months, which is the best case scenario they claim to meet. Something somewhere must surely enable the valuation of the Company to improve.
