I watched today's HK Investor session, again very interesting and some good questions. The subject of an Asian listing was expertly parked, for good reason I suspect! One Analyst did submit a question about 2025, potential revs etc and Christian confirmed that the expectation is the Company will have revs in excess of $1bn p.a and positive earnings by that point.

It was a great session, plenty of detail on the science and also on the commercial opportunities and how they will play out, an example being the circa 800 reps in China doing $400k pa. each in sales = $320m by 2025 I think they forecast. No mention of Asian listing as expected.....that could be coming soon anyway. I also found it interesting they will probably partner in Europe for the launch of Suru (and Fruq at a later date) and have plenty of potential partners taking an interest.

I hope something will happen. Someone recently posted "be careful what you wish for" but it seems to me that NASDAQ and AIM are no longer providing any benefit to the Company. As a HK headquartered company with most operations in China it must surely make sense for the Company to open itself up to the huge investor pool in the region. Dilution was mentioned but I do not see that as a major issue, it certainly hasn't been a problem with previous listings and issues of shares, quite the opposite in fact. The only time it was a problem was when CKHH decided to divest in what can only be described as haphazard and unhelpful to existing investors....bizarrely they even undermined their own investment too.

Accustem was supposed to list in Q1 according to our Chairman and our CEO. They assured us in late 2020 that would be the case. They either lied and misled Shareholders, received very poor advice from their Broker or had little or no understanding of how long these types of corporate actions take to complete. Whichever of those is the case they should explain why the listing is delayed by at least 6 months.

This may be a lifestyle business to some people but it's a serious investment to others and attracting new Investors will be very difficult when the Company's most consistent performance is its ability to over-promise and under-deliver.

Most HK Biotech listings in the last year on the list below have not performed very well, with a few notable exceptions, although most of these are very small compared to Hutch-Med. Chi-Med aka Modern Chinese Medicine is a good example.

Looking back further, a Company that I think is far closer in scale, financials and pipeline is Innovent and they have gone up 375% since their IPO in Nov 2018.

Amones, no, I do not think they'd be happy to allow dilution of their holdings or options. I can't see dilution being a big problem if the forecast revenue and earnings growth comes to fruition because the Company is forecast to generate significant amounts of cash from 2024/2025. The current market listings no longer appear to be working for long term Investors when you consider we do not have a Main Market listing anywhere at the moment. It seems to me that AIM and the subsequent bolt-on ADR program worked to a point but the appetite for shares in the Company is not consistent. I've seen a list of HK Biotech IPO's and their performance since listing and will try to locate it again.

I knew Biotechs had exemptions previously so thanks for confirming that is still in place. I agree about dilution but I'm hopeful an Asian listing's benefits will outweigh the negatives.

Good catch re: HK listing, and as these new rules are effective from Jan 2022 it seems we have a window of opportunity to get this done prior to the end of the year..... so I assume you meant 2021 or bust?

I'm not sure what the rules are for the Shanghai Star Market as that may be another option, although HK is probably better for the Company.

amones - yes someone did post they have that opinion - I hope this year is going to be exciting for investors in a good way, as the valuation no longer seems to be forward looking, rather the opposite.....

Given that many Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies successfully went ahead with their HK listings when ours was shelved, it does make me wonder what are the right market conditions. Is this something the book runners would have advised? The Asian markets seen bouyant at the moment and there's certainly an appetite for Healthcare related IPO's in particular.

If the speculation of going private, with corresponding price manipulation, or the prospect of an Asian Listing is on the cards I just hope clarity is forthcoming very soon. Clearly this type of uncertainty is not providing any form of stability at the moment and could put off potential new investors.
