I think it's because they have no regulatory requirement to issue quarterly results in the UK, but they do in the U.S. The same happened in previous years but most people didn't notice.

I agree Jatw, look at yesterday's volume, and the previous day, which suggests some were selling then buying back lower in large amounts. Given we are now priced at 2017 levels I hope once and for all we can now get back to some sort of stable growth trajectory.

I think the fungible topic is covered by the fact MM's can settle ordinary shares with adr's and vice versa. In other words there is only a single book of shares, but they are traded on different exchanges today, and that will be expanded. Brokers may settle a trade on one Exchange with shares from another depending on where there is most liquidity at the time.

The listing date is the 30th June so this i very quick

HK IPO as expected and the Corporate presentation was also updated today

in the meantime the share price is back to where it was almost 4 years ago - disappointing but a buying opp for long term investors

only 6 months later than the Board promised

Savolitinib approval in China is due any day now, I hope that gives the valuation a boost

Today $9,000 of ADR's have been traded, yet that has wiped off $94 million off the mcap. I've never quite understood how that is possible unless the order book is very small during the pre-market period.

My favorite comparison now is Innovent, similar size pipeline, 3 years ahead on revs, still loss making but has a p/s of 34 and an mcap of $17bn, which is very achievable here in the next 3 or 4 years in my opinion.

yes I agree, last weeks updates were very positive and I think having a separate session for Asian investors was a great idea.

All the Analysts are forecasting revs in excess of $1bn by 2025, and expect the Company to be profitable, so it was nice for the Company to state they align with those assertions.

If we were to be valued along similar lines to peers such as Innovent, Genmab, Beigene, Hungrei etc 2025/2026 would look like this:-

TTM P/S = 20 (conservative) = $20bn

Innovent and Beigene are examples of companies who are loss making today but are valued at much higher multiples.

Personally I expect the Company's valuation to be 4-5x its current market cap by 2025 if the pipeline plays out and there are no significant regulatory or hurdles or geo-political curveballs!

I agree, the Company has failed Investors and should apologise. I doubt they deliberately misled them, they probably had poor advice but given the Exec Chairman's diary must be fairly clear most of the time, he needs to focus more on how investors are treated in order to attract new ones.
