I will be asking the Board at the AGM why they were prepared to let it go at such a large discount I suspect the answer will be a) market conditions b) but the share price has risen 50% in the last year so Long term Investors have done very well c) we expect huge growth in Company in the next few years so long term Investors will reap significant Shareholder value etc etc

The biggest issue with Hutchison China Meditech IPO in the U.S. is the word China Our Company should change its name to Hutchison Meditech IMO It's all about perception

I expect big volumes being traded and hope that over the next week or two the ADR's trade upwards to match the AIM shares rather than the other way around but maybe they'll meet in the middle As a very long term Investor I'm interested in the big significant drug pipeline announcements that will be coming our way very shortly

A major day in our Company's history tomorrow - I think the U.S. market will love what they see. A Company with a longstanding clear vision with a perfect rack record in execution. "The vision of Chi-Med is to become a leading global biopharmaceutical company based in China. We intend to achieve this by leveraging our Innovation Platform to provide differentiated products in the global targeted therapy arena in oncology and immunology." Clear vision that has not changed, and a clear path to get there. If only other Companies had the clarity of vision and such an execution record, oh, and we are profitable too.

NASDAQ IPO tomorrow, trading starts on the 17th

the fact it is over-subscribed is a good sign and points to a rise, although as with IPO's on LSE, there's usually a pullback after the initial rise as short termers take a profit, but I think we'll have institutions in here for the long term prospects, which they clearly see as extremely good

I remember asking Christian Hogg 4 years ago about a possible NASDAQ IPO and he replied by saying it could be a possibility in the future, and here we now are with 2 days to go.

$22 if the market doesn't have a major general selloff If it's anything like Beigene and other recent Biopharma IPO's there tends to be a lot of buying pressure, then a selloff for a few days then a recovery, but I would guess at a 25% rise on the first day, could be more bearing in mind we already know it is over-subscribed I wonder how it will affect the London price?

thankyou as always twonky - great intel Looking at last weeks results, the fact the pipeline has multiple candidates close to NDA and that the Company has a clear vision and execute flawlessly against its strategy, I'm not surprised it's over-subscribed. Good sign about what is to come in the next few years. Still very undervalued IMO.

OK, revenue UP 104%, maiden net profit, plenty of cash and huge upside on the innovation platform with multiple NDA's due in the next 12-18 months.............and a tiny increase in the share price This Company is very quietly continuing to execute on its clear long term strategy, whilst maintaining the vision it set out over 10 years ago. Vision, strategy and execution all flawless and I like the fact the Company wishes to improve patient outcomes and deliver significant Shareholder value.

It is interesting we have had a repeat of Friday's RNS this morning, probably to help raise the profile as people often miss Friday evening RNS's.......... On the subject of timing, Beigene filed their Registration of Securities Form on the 29th Jan, and trading commenced 2 working days later. Our Registration of Securities was filed on Friday, so we could possibly see our IPO get away before the end of the week. No doubt last weeks stunning results will be a key driver and could allow us to raise even more than the $100m initially sought

Indeed twonky and this is interesting from Friday's RNS " Chi-Med intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional ADSs in connection with the potential Offering at the final offering price." and there are a number of competitors with much smaller pipelines, similar or lower revenues with bigger market caps. In my opinion once the U.S. institutional Investors get visibility of our company and its huge near term potential the offer will be very popular and could also drive purchases on AIM, although some will only be willing to purchase ADRs on NASDAQ the critical thing for me is not so much the $100m+ but the profile of the Company is probably going to increase significantly I continue to buy with enthusiasm

The FY15 results are superb and way ahead of forecast With that and the rapid pipeline development I can see the NASDAQ IPO raising even more than initially planned This is a brilliant long term investment
