In case you're interested, NO, I'm not like you, when the shares were 600p I have 125,000 of them So that's a good reason to put the Company on the hook for mis-representing its numbers because I invested based on those numbers, which turned out to be false, and I therefore expect the Company to compensate me for my losses

YLF win? YES they will because the evidence that certain Board members have allegedly misled Investors by exaggerating numbers, especially with regards to cash generation. Having said that, maybe KPMG would care to comment as to why they signed off the accounts. Oh, and we need to remember the Company is being investigated by the SFO

How will a court justify a distribution of 90p to current Shareholders when there is a class action about to be lodged by ex Shareholders suing for compensation due to the Company and some ex Directors mis-representing the Company's finances? Surely the court will prevent any distribution of money until the class action has been settled and quite rightly so In the meantime I am very happy to say all the money from my QPP.L share sales have gone into Hutchison China Meditech, a Company that makes genuine profits, geneuine free cashflow and real growth

Like Aero Inventory, Afren and many many others, the Auditors always seem to have an excuse. I'm scanning to see which Company will be the next AIM Fraud. AIM is now almost uninvestible IMO.

Gone are the days when Auditors were answerable - do Auditors simply believe evrything Directors tell them or do they actually look at the accounts and physically check the Companies cash movements in and out of their Bank accounts?

I would also add that this is a long term investment, no good for those with a timescale of a year or two IMO The drug pipeline will be worth billions if only 25% make it to production in the next 10 years

I agree it's not without risk, we have currency risks, we have the risk athat some drug candidates will fail or be beaten to market by Competitors, etc but some NASDAQ Biopharma valuations are eyewatering - the U.S. Investment community have a huge appetite for Companies like ours - I think the Company may be surprised by how much cash they will raise......
