Negative news? I hve never seen any negative news from this Company........ The only slightly negative thing on the horizon could be this. At some point the share price has grown so strongly that Mark Slater may have to sell some of his holding to prevent him breaking his own Fund rules in terms of having too much of his Funds value in one stock. But that is a nice problem to have.

I see Canaccord Genuity were the Company's Broker, just like they were for Quindell. Those idiots seemt o be involved with too many toxic lying Companies for my liking.

Looks as if people are building stakes ahead of the NASDAQ float, further milestone payments from partners and Savolitnib and Fruqiontinib BT regidtrations with the FDA Sales of these 2 drugs alone could be worth billions of dollars per annum. The Companies valuation will be truly ralised after the NASDAQ float, which could raise a lot more than the $100m figure penciled in. U.S. Investors have a massive appetite for Biopharmaceuticals, especially those developing Breakthrough Therapy drugs that can be fastracked through FDA approval, not to mention the huge potential for the Chinese market On that note, Chinese Healthcare providers like nothing more than Chinese drugs

In my opinion the real money will be made by people who invest for the long term in HCM, like the Directors and Mark Slater. They all know that this Company could be worth many multiples of today's valuation in a year or two. The pipeline alone will lead the way and the NASDAQ listing will drive up the price. You only have to look at other Biotechs with similar oncology pipelines to see how far this could go.....

To be fair AH has been following, and been a fan of HCM for 10 years so he called it right We've known for about 3 years today a NASDAQ IPO was going to happen at some point Where I think the Standard calks it right is that they believe the last 10 years growth is nothing compared to the next 10 years

Great article in tonight's London Evening Standard about HCM and our NASDAQ IPO Anthony Hilton thinks the same as I do, in that the growth of HCM's value in the last decade could well pale into insignificance compared to what we may achieve on NASDAQ I think we will eventually de-list off AIM and be 100% in NASDAQ or have a dual NASDAQ - Hang Seng listing There's no doubt in my mind the Conoany has chosen BASDAQ TO co-incise with some FDA breakthrough therapies, which could drive the Company to be worth many multiples of today's market cap

10 years £200 per share circa market cap of £11 Bn which is still cheap compared to other NASDAQ Biotechs

The Company has been invisible to most U.S. Investors. When the roadshows for Institutional Investirs begin I think a significant re-rate will occur. U.S.Investors have a huge appetite for leading edge Biitech Companies, especially ones in the immunology and oncology fields and with a pipeline like ours, I think there will be a very good chance that the IPO will be over-subscribed. I also think once those institutions and Mutual Funds learn more about the Company they could start taking up sizeable positions of the London listed shares too.

at $100m this is a relatively small IPO compared to the existing market cap I can see them eventually splitting the Drugs R&D and Healthcare divisions into two separate companies, with the Drugs division being 100% on NASDAQ. As they could easily now become one of the world's major Oncology players an eventual exclusive NASDAQ listing could see the Comapny worth tens of billions like their main Oncology competitors We just need 2 or 3 breakthrough designations over the next few years

YES!!!!!!!!!!! Christian Hogg mooted this as being a possible development 2 years ago, as a way of extracting the intrinsic valuation of the Drugs division. With multiple drugs with possible Breakthrough Therapy designations NASDAQ will value the Company at many multiple of today's price IMO This is the best possible news for Shareholders and the timing is impeccable. Any NASDAQ listing will be an absolute magnet for U.S. Inbvestors who cannot get enough of Next Gen Biotech Companies and Chi-Med's Pipeline is probably worth billions of dollars in annual sales. I continue to buy.

Great to see progress on these two flagship drug developments. The market for Savolitinib equivalents is around $3 billion per annum alone. This drug will probably go through Breakthrough Therapy approval in China and the U.S. in 2016 where sakes could easily exceed $1 billion p.a, and that's without the other drugs in development.

Shrewd Investors continue to accumlate over the long period, new drugs will be coming on stream and these will be very lucrative and will produce high revenues and profits for the group. Previously the Company has mooted the idea of floating the Drugs division on NASDAQ in order to extract maximum value for Shareholders. This could happen if some drugs get NDA Breakthrough therapy approval in 2016/2017. I will be asking that question again at next years AGM.

Personally I think the best growth is still to come. I regret selling most of mine at a much lower price. I'm invested for the long term because the potential for multiple drug candidates to make it to market is clear. The fact the U.S now have a breakthrough therapy designation and so does China, means 7 drugs currently being stage 2 or 3 trailed could come to market in the next 2-3 years. The impact in revenue and profit could be outstanding
