This Company is addicted to dilutive placings, but delivering no tangible value to Shareholders Glad I sold out a month ago

A sure fire way to lose money investing in this Company IMO, prfits up but still never going to do anything except tap investors for mone money, and no doubt shares will be forward sold stitching up loyal Shareholders like most AIM Companies - run for the benefit of the BoD and Nomad with no regard to Shareholders whatsoever

Plenty of buying today, I wonder if something is afoot? Property asset disposals were mooted a whil back, as the Company has some very valuable and growing assets in that space they no longer have a need for. I think one or two plost were being negotiated over recently.

I wish I'd kept all mine at an average buy of around 200p when I sold at 350p - ridiculous seeing as I am a big fan of this Company Cash Generative Excellent Corporate Governance Part of HWL Big & potentially very valuable drugs pipeline Low PEG Great growth tack record Cash balance greater than debt Probably the best Company on AIM and I actually wonder why they are still on AIM In the future I can see significant value being returned to Shareholders by way of a special dividend or other mechanism

some decent buy trades today, it will be interesting to see if the re-rate continues when we get property portfolio disposals. There was talk of floating the Drugs Divivion on NASDAQ a couple of years ago but it has yet to happen. The Company seemed to have the view they would get a proper valuation. Since then there has been a huge re-rate here so maybe they have decided not to proceed down that route.

I have had the pleasure of attending meetings at the HQ in Hong Kong with another Operating Division of HWL. One of the strategic advantages HCM has over other Companies is they can leverage HCM's considerable Corporate knowledge and also their global relationships. I had a concern that £20 per share is expensive. Whilst not cheap I think the Company will deliver phenominal growth over my timeframe of 15 years, so I am very excited to be on board here.

I was a huge fan of this company and hugely regret selling when I did. No wonder Mark Slater loves this Company and it's his largest holding. I agree a lot of good news and value has been factored in, however, the prospects here seem to be fantastic. Property/land disposals, drug developments rapidly accelerating and a consumer division that is extremely cashflow positive and generating enough cash to help fund the drug division. Previously there has been talk about returning cash to Shareholders through the spin-off of the Drugs division on NASDAQ, in order to get maximum value. This is a 15 year strategic investment for me, and I intend to make further strategic investments going forward.

well having had 25,000 shares and selling them at circa £3.50 I have today purchased 2,191 at £18.90!!! Not one of my greatest investment timings. Invested capital in Quindell, New World Oil & Gas, Kibo Mining and various other Companies that have suffered from hugely dilutive placings, naked forward short selling by Brokers and Directors eradicating Shareholder value I needed to find a Company that had the following characteristics:- Tightly held Majority owned by a major global Corporation Cash generative Does not have a habit of dilutive placings Profitable A history of growth year on year Self funding Operating in a major growth sector Low PEG ratio Operating in a major growth geography HUTCHISON CHINA MEDITECH fits that bill I look forward to resurrecting my attendance at the AGM next year and beyond as I plan on holding for 15 years
