Another year of fantastic progress, another AGM and a great opportunity to meet Board members and Executives. I enjoyed the discussions and the presentation from our CEO and look forward to all the news coming out. A small dip in the price is often useful as I continue to add to my holding!

but potential new ADR issue has been known for weeks I think it's more to do with the fact sterling rallied against the USD yesterday, immediately after the Prime Minister called the election, hence the UK share price was out of sync with the pre-market U.S ADR price Biotech sector was also down across the board yesterday Everything is looking great here and we still have a lot of news due

F-3 submitted today............very exciting if more ADR's are to be issued at some point in the future. I wonder whether we are planning on increasing our share of Fruquintinib with Lilly, like we did with Astra and Savolitinib? It may be the case of course that we want the facility but never use it but it may also be the case something is brewing ;o-) I think from memory 3 or 4 things are a possibility that could potenitially change our 2017 Guidance significantly if they happen........

Matt, indeed I understand EV but my real interest is that the Company's mcap is now close to its EV where it wasn't as close in the past. Ive also been interested in how companies in this sector and on NASDAQ seem to track EV more closely than in some other markets. the first full year results and guidance on 2017 sunce the IPO clearly helped and I'd like to think the mcap will be close to or above EV going forward

Are you or is anyone else on this board attending the AGM? I will be there again this year, trying not to ask any silly questions, although I do have a few things I would like clarification on. I think the Company's strategy is exemplary and I am really looking forward to meeting the new Board members.

no idea miti, at some point soon (eg. this year!). There's so much data to come out I have to review the FY16 slides regularly to see which items are complete and which are pending....many are quite material

Having been a bit disappointed at our market valuation since the NASDAQ IPO until 2 weeks ago I've taken a keen interest in our Enterprise Value as a key metric. At last the U.S Investment Community has woken up and we are now valued at $2.3bn which is very close to our EV of $2.4bn. From what I see on U.S Investor sites they seem to treat EV as a key metric. I think that is key going forward and hope our valuation closely tracks EV from now on.

The nice thing is we now have very good trading volumes, hopefully the AIM herd will never arrive, it's better for the Company to be invested by investors and not the trading mob
