Researcher - thought you made your last top up on Monday lol. Difficult to stop buying at this level though, seriously considering selling some of my NIO profits to get more of these. Still hovering about the sell button for NIO and cant quite bring myself to do it yet!
madness surely! why on earth is the company worth less now that its submitted its FDA submission, just makes no sense whatsoever!
Payday on Friday so will add more if its still at these levels
are we likely to get any further RNS updates on the progress of FDA approval or is that it now until we find out whether its a yes or a no?
Lenigas - makes me shivver everytime I hear that name!
I dont think its quite as easy saying we dont need to worry about the funding as ERRIS have to sort it. If they dont sort it, then we have 40% of a company that has 50% of an unfunded mine, as opposed to us just having 50% of an unfunded mine as we did before the deal.
I think it obviously passes the buck to ERRIS who should now lead on it so we can concentrate on Sonora, but if I owned 40% of a company, I wouldnt be just leaving it to them to sort themselves, I would still want some involvement.
If ERRIS fail with the fundraise, do they then come back to us cap in hand? not like we have the spare cash at the moment still trying to sort our own funding for Sonora.
Hope it all works out well anyway, I've been invested for a while now and following the recent run, have just crept back into profit
I've got a decent average of now of 30.9 having originally bought at 69.85. annoyingly I decided last week to sell 1/4 of my holding to top up my AGL holding which looked like it was about to move. AGL has since dropped 5% and BCN has since grown c60%, typical!
only small amounts though to be fair but still lost out on about £500 on the back of that judgement call (or lack of judgement call)
wonder if it will break the 12 month high today?
been a while since we have been above the Gangeng buy in price!
Mr C - I believe we are subject to dilution......
Bacanora will be selling its 50% share in DL plus €1.35m cash in exchange for new shares in Erris, giving Bacanora a 70% ownership stake in Erris and a net profit royalty. This percentage ownership will reduce as Erris will be raising additional funds by means of the Placing as part of the process in order to accelerate the further development of Zinnwald.
so much to selling Zinnwald to get additional proceeds to fund Sonora. Have I read it right that BCN will not actually receive any cash and in fact have to pay c£1.3m for commitments already agreed?
Hi, long term holder here but still very inexperienced in the whole shares scene! (I've dabbled on a couple here and there but certainly nothing major!)
Just got a couple of questions about the potential listing on NASDAQ as none of my previous shares have ever gone through a dual listing, some of these might be very daft questions so please bear with me.......
- do we still remain listed on the london stock exchange?
- what happens to our shares that we already hold? Do they stay as they are, convert to shares on NASDAQ etc?
- do we suffer any dilution due to there being more shares in circulation following any potential listing on NASDAQ
- if Angle is subsequently bought by a large pharma, how are the proceeds split between London and NY shares?
Really sorry for the questions, some of which I suspect might not even make sense, but just hoping some of the more technically minded investors in here (of which I know there are a few) might be able to offer a bit of advice
planned production in 3-5 years?! Believe that when I see it! Using BCN as a guide I bet you could at least double that time frame
good entry point. Cheaper then what Gangfeng paid and imagine how much they spent on due diligence before deciding they where happy to invest at 25p?!
sorry to be selfish but I hope the SP stays like this until middle of next week. thats when I have some spare cash available to top up.
I'm a LTH so think I deserve a week or so's grace haha
wish I had the funds to be able to top up, but mine are all tied up in other shares that I dont really want to sell just yet
looks like someone is loading up! £81k buy - good to see
Mrcautious - haha, did you manage to buy/sell back again to get back to previous position? Hope it didnt cost you too much!
sensible advice. The best guide on the actual SP is the actual price you could buy / sell at. so just get a quote to buy / sell to find the most accurate SP (be careful not to accidentally click accept though, I've done that before!!)
thanks Neil & Pokerchips - that makes sense.
so in theory they could have paid the tax and NI seperately to keep the higher amount of shares if they wanted? But most directors pay out of shares so it doesnt actually cost them anything
please forgive me lack of knowledge, I'm still a pretty novice investor and only trading small amounts.
Reading todays RNS, it says the directors have decided to sell shares to cover tax and NI liability. why would they sell shares to do that? does that mean they dont have a great deal of confidence in the SP growing? Or is that a fairly normal thing to do with these share grant options?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
