Once CEZ sign their gigafactory JV deal and accompanying off-take agreement with Geomet then we will see the other off-take agreements surface which will all be prepaid for sure! (Unless KC is not telling the truth) - the biggest prepaid off-take agreement obviously will be from CEZ.

SD’s roadshows to pi’s via mainly LSE has without doubt been strategic to say the least. The directors own less that 1/3rd of 1 percent of the company which is why their actions have been truly horrific- actually more treasonable!

@Everyonesawinner - What free shares are you on about, they are options, which don't come free. They have to pay for them.

Couldn’t agree more - the non exec chairman will get £1 million for every penny increase above 11p so at 31p s/p he’s being gifted 20 million pounds and still not at the ATH - screwing long term holders is Mr Day's track record thus far!

We have been waiting long enough for the DFS based on lithium and tin credits - hey PLEASE, lets not complicate things at this late stage! Goodies to come later!

But seriously knowing true value here a good tax planning exercise for sure!

Traders love their 10%….. but in this case the share price is only 10% of the NPV - and more relevant the PFS is based on only 10% of the the total resource @ Cinovec …..,so definitely a 10 bagger and more realistically a 30 bagger from the current discounted share price! As always DYOR

This share is already liquid (it doesn’t need the ASX other than for more dilution) - Mr Day doesn’t give a toss about long term holders when it comes to raising cash - and on every dilution he will happily join in at the discounted price !

That’s not true - most were unhappy but agreed the net cost to LBE (circa 5-6m) for the exploration was at the time an attractive proposition and like I said we expected production acquisitions to occur in parallel- your dig at me is unfair and uncalled for!

Longboat management have really let down it’s shareholders…..moving into exploration obviously made sense at the time given the tax incentives BUT in parallel we were led to believe they would secure production acquisitions - the original strategy/synergy…..this obviously hasn’t materialised this far and now we are left on a straightforward gamble - two wells needing exploration success this month - fairly sure none of us would invest today on this high risk….Anyway, time will tell and Moan over.

CEZ are slow because they are doing everything by the book and in the right order - all the right professionals are involved - once it’s signed off this will fly - obviously based on my own research only
