They (Vulcan) are still waiting this autumn for their dfs...similar to us but they have a small plant and have been testing lithium (chemistry) for 18 months or so.....needless to say EMH's deposit is much much larger.....though Vulcan have other assets in their portfolio and are revenue producing from their other energy product.

And….if you want to see what a real valuable off take agreement is (other than Tesla) take at look at Vulcan and their deals with VW and more recently Stellantis N.V.

Exactly, a weak MOU - can’t say I would be too pleased if our first off take announcement is as weak!

BMW haven’t nothing to lose on this understanding - not at this stage - like all car manufacturers they are just looking for as many possible suppliers as possible - they all know there isn’t gonna be enough lithium! Now where have we heard that before ?(wink)

A new broker note would be welcomed other than rock stock, our nomad hasn’t done an updated broker note for well over a year - didn’t even issue a note after the revised PFS.

S day already said the 5% will pay off the 50m loan...suggesting the draw down will be almost the full 50m of the loan.

And the last private placement/investmentccompleted in January (mainly Ellerston Capital 14m AUD) was successful without the need to discount the share price or offer dodgy warrants.

At the end of June Qtr, EMH had 19m AUD......so plenty of working capital at this stage so fully funded to decision to mine.

When we secure bankable off-takes and decision to mine is announced....then obviously we will need more cash hopefully heavily weighted more to debt than equity!

In addition EMH's relationship with EIT InnoEnergy ( https://www.innoenergy.com ) will assist in grants etc.

Adding a second broker (joint) will provide the market with more research on EMH and assist in investment opportunities as and when required....like now I hope! This broker also has a good experience working with our nomad WH Ireland.

We already know we have a massive ore resource and derisked with CEZ onboard - just need the decision to mine and an increase in the planned production would be very nice!

....the PFS (1) only takes into account 10% of the Cinovec resource.......who believes CEZ will pay millions (still cheap I know) for a lithium/tin mine and not use it to print money.....their actions already shows their commitment to move away from "dirty" coal to green energy...it's at the heart of their strategy! Many company BoD's over use comms even on the verge of ramping...personally I would rather have my money invested on strong fundamental. Trust in your research folks!

Agreed, let’s be honest, given the low share price/m cap it’s going to be even harder to broker a significant cash generating (production) acquisition- made much harder with the private equity backed competitors - and so even though most of us didn’t sign up for this route - without exploration (and some significant success) we would be in a worse position than we are today - I have significant sums invested here but so do the directors!

That said LBE don’t have the best track record at announcing timely RNS’s - guessing they still have the office play station and pool table to keep them busy and distracted!?!

The buying is based on undervalued market cap/heavily discounted share price !

Not sure why we haven’t had another TR1 given the recent RNS.

Has to be the ultimate catalyst to make this fly especially given the strong price of lithium and tin.

Better in my opinion for Geomet to obviously have this for meaningful off-take agreements and I’m sure CEZ will want this secured to give them full advantage negotiating their gigafactory JV.
