Maybe CEZ wants the whole lot to feed its own planned JV gigafactory and is making life difficult for EMH's 49% minority share in Grommet - The Czech Govt hold the key to final mining permits and of course the govt control CEZ.

Exactly, we need to see some finance in place “subject to decision to mine” hopefully as promised heavily weighted to debt - I think this is the only way to stabilise and grow the mcap to reflect the true value of the Havieron asset.

@GGP - this low share price is a real hindrance to SD - raising cash at this level worsens the inevitable dilution via an equity placing - but no doubt he will try to hide it with a consolidation….those that say the current share price is irrelevant at this moment in time really don’t understand corporate finance!

Not so long ago most here was praising Sandeep - now because the tide has changed you go against him - don’t you understand the geology - he believes on the advice from his geologists they can spend 60m usd on exploration to gain another Havieron- his shareholders are not looking 15 years down the road - give the man a break - it was him that pushed Havieron into full acceleration not Your messiah SD

I must say normally at this stage I would be thinking what’s the catch?, why has nothing materialised? What the hell is going on? Do we trust/believe in the project? ……

Then for me, I keep coming back to CEZ, one of the largest energy companies in Europe (70% owned by the Czech government)who’s strategy is to move to green energy and paid millions for 51% share of Cinovec - they are not interested in tin other than of course the credits to the reduction in the AISC of mining battery grade lithium hydroxide!

So for that reason alone happy to continue to hold and buy more on these discounted prices!

Newcrest rejected the 5% option based on return of capital over LOM - I think it’s obvious they believe they have a very good chance to find another Havieron in the Paterson for even less than 65m usd….very revealing and very good news for Greatland!
