Couldn't help myself gatecrashing the questions of this blue chip monster...all the other questions were completely relevant and based on the financial results (debt,capex,leverage and dividends etc...) - my question was about little old Geomet and the gigafactory which thankfully Pavel Cyrani (Vice Chairman Mgmt Brd/Chief Sales & Strategy Director) chose to answer!

Those larger strategic investors that are obviously more important to HH will most certainly be getting one to one calls - Sneller obviously didn't like the outcome, no doubt probably concerned about dilution which is more of an issue for him.

To be honest not sure I want to hear another presentation from HH if its going to be the same old garbage.

I hope this appointment of Mr Marc Rowley to lead the delivery of the DFS for the lithium chemical plant is NOT the proposed update to the DFS timeline update that KC promised the market.

Not even new news - Marc Rowley was included in the investor presentation released to the market on the 8th November!

Well I was expecting news on the DFS timeline update and maybe some news from the CEZ Q3 results/presentation out on thursday....and maybe KC's interview on Friday with sharecafe in oz is just a coincidence.

Things here are finally speeding up otherwise the only "transition" I'm likely to see is from this life to the next!

Just a reminder, CEZ will release their 3rd quarter results on 10th November at 3pm UK time. Over the last 3 months CEZ share price has fallen 20% - hopefully there will some information about their lithium Gigafactory plans.

Shortly after, we are expecting news on the DFS timeline.

Complete over reaction…Approx net cost to LBE for all this exploration is less than 8m after tax refunds - we’ve already discovered in excess of that yet the NPV collapses.

Equity is not free and the period has been too long without a production deal with has failed to materialise in parallel to exploration activities.

The board has failed to capitalise on their experience and contacts to deliver to shareholders what they had promised.

Call it a day and return shareholders their money (what’s left of it) or do a deal - the cash burn here with all the staff is not acceptable!

Regarding any future buyout, this narrative was in the Euroz Hartleys broker note dated 19th October:

"The standstill agreement allows CEZ to takeout the remaining balance
of the project at an independent valuation, but it is not allowed, by the
agreement, to acquire EMH for less than the look through value of the
independent valuation"

So no hostile take-over from CEZ available....protection afforded by the shareholder agreement
