On another note - why did KC say in an interview DFS timeline will be announced in two weeks - strange but CEZ are due to announce their results on I think 10th November - maybe just a coincidence!
Expecting another update from the RockStock boys…maybe they will do a catch up interview with KC along with the DFS timeline update expected within the next two weeks !
Would also be good to get a brokers note from our new joint brokers Panmure Gordon.
Ultimately but to maximise shareholder value I hope an exit doesn’t materialise until a full decision to mine with accompanying permits are in place…as a single asset company the chances of EMH becoming a mining business is highly unlikely IMO
@Sid….It’s a requirement of the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) - It’s all explained in the below posts - can’t be much clearer….to be fair @star has been posting this for months and none of us really understood just how important this permit is….without it, it doesn’t matter how big our deposit is and now it makes sense why the dfs has been delayed…..but hopefully now KC is being pressured into moving this application forward which once submitted is likely to take a year or so to hopefully be approved.
Maybe the appointment of luthardt is being handled through EMH to keep the Czech govt at arms length - definitely a lobbying exercise regarding the trans boundary process
All p&l losses will be clawed back by corporation tax offsetting against future profits - that’s not an issue - but cash flow is and I’m hoping we private investors won’t be diluted even further!
Be interesting to see what the quarterly activity report says (due out this week I believe) - will it be supplementary to a separate RNS offering some game changing news or just the same old template driven report. Come on KC this radio silence is hurting!
