Shocking how many retail investors cannot read the market - they do not understand the energy challenges ahead caused by the Russian illegal invasion of Ukraine.... The European politicians have to fist make sure ordinary folk can afford to turn on their lights or even cook a hot meal...renewables have taken a back seat and the Americans are cashing in on the consequences of Europeans historically relying on cheap Russian oil and gas. Just take a look at the Germans reliance and indirectly the Czechs relying on the germans....A knock on effect that can only be controlled by the European Union and subsequent subsidiaries desperately needed to guarantee independence of raw materials.

I see - they never normally do that - obviously dated it one day before on purpose - maybe because of bank holiday.....still bad transparency - not going to even mention the German "govt" letter bribe options that expired on 31st Dec 2022!

They will need to issue a TR1 if they got exercised!

Anyone understand why the 10million options given to EEIG that expired on 31st December 2022 with an exercise price of 25c are still showing on the "Statement of CDIs on issue" released by EMH today on the ASX.

How can they still exist as options at the end of December - they were either exercised or expired....What am I not understanding?

VW now say their CEE Gigafactory decision will be made in spring 2023!

I don't see the Chinese taking over in Europe due to geopolitical reasons.....however the Americans and Canadians are pushing ahead very aggressively...Europe needs to act NOW which is v.difficult given the high energy costs.

I’m surprised no RNS regarding the 10m share options expiring 31/12/21 particularly because of a substantial shareholder unless sold below threshold- also no RNS regarding the German government letter- poor show in my opinion

Fed up with the foreplay....ready for the climax!

There are documented reasons why VW have delayed their CEE gigafactory decision:

1) The push back in timescales for the software development (Trinity project)
2) High energy costs currently 5 times more expensive than China making Europe far from competitive

Some commentators have stated that this delay suits the Czech government so that they can get all approvals and incentives finalised with VW.

Also, VW making a clear and threatening statement to the European critical raw materials committee --greater incentives need to be accelerated to encourage multi-billion euro investments.....hopefully this will encourage the civil servants and politicians to execute a policy rather than keep having meetings and doing very little!

Hopefully, Czech are still potentially able to host 3 gigafactories including VW, LG and CEZ with its JV partner.

They will all need lithium and Cinovec being our bet will be one of the suppliers.

Frustrating.....but

I don't mind negative posts with market research...I don't want arguments nor do I wish to be called an idiot when certain posters including yourself offer very little here regardless of how long you have been invested. No one here will change the outcome which is why its best to call it a truce.

It seems to me that no one is too upset with the asset or the market outlook but feel aggrieved with the CEO....Like I have said KC is a caretaker/manager of a single asset....no ambitions have been forthcoming to shareholders regard building a multi asset lithium business which is why I have said IMO he is not an ambitious entrepreneur but someone who just wants to make a lot of money by being in the right place at the right time....Doing a deal with CEZ is a credit to him and his team!

Time will tell!

Embarrassing post....well why don't you just simply sell up and move on and leave us so called "new boys" alone to lose all our money!

Laughable....and for the record I've been invested here over two years with just over two million shares and will continue to add!

Thank you @Skelly for pointing out mine and others who post research here- maybe you should try doing some yourself rather than posting a constant flow of negativity.....I for one really don't need you to save me from my investments.
