As they Genedrive bring on more and more products, it makes sense to have a single amd consistent distribution process, rather than dotted all over the place with various partners, some of which may never achieve anything. Whilst there is no evidence of a takeover, Budd's goal is to secure the future for himself, which of course a big corporation like Danaher for example can provide should they buyout Genedrive. He can't stay on £400k a year of a small AIM company indefinently, as at some point they will have issues raising cash given his poor sales track record. It is also takes away the marketing and sales pressure which they are currentky struggling with.

CTW if they EU deal fell through, there is no need to RNS it. Technically the market should get informed in any subsequent trading updates, but even the latest one seems to have gone missing. In the March trading update they suggested it was still ongoing, but just seems like a dangled carrot to most people now.

Budd had been hiding behind approvals, but now we have approvals for mulyiple target markrys he has still failed to sell any. Next he'll tell us they only want to focus on the USA as the prize is bigger, but are being held back due to lack of FDA approval. Very unlikely we will see anything from this EU deal, it does not take a whole year to close a small £10m order.

Jimi- isn't that preciseky what has happened here? The shares were under 10p before the pandemic, and hit £3 for a few minutes based on the statements from company, and are now back to 50p. Meanwhile loads have been spiked as many were buying all the way up. I'm afraid the only thing that can get us out if this mess is BC or the AIHL, or else we'll be dropping further.

Inphobe- no Beckman can't order directly off Cytiva, despite them being the manufacturer, use some common sense.

Cytiva will raise invoices and charge for any goods to Genedrive, as they are the customer not Beckman. Likewise Genedrive will bill it's distributors for any good they ship to them, and not the end consumer of the product. How the hell can they keep accurate accojnting records, if the distributors start ordering directly from Cytiva?? One of the most stupidest theory i've heard.

Inphobe- why do partners need yo update the company??? In normal business your distributor buys off you, before retailing it to ther customers. So surely the £180k a year CFO is keeping tabs on what revenue is being generated, and not just the outgoing of his and his boss's salary.
