Well said RiskisReward, DB has been a failure which even a blindman can say. However not surprised to see the continous worshipping of DB from the rampers, as we all know they haven't half a brain. Some can't even decide which side of the fence they sit on!!! Take Swerves and Sally for example, contiously switching from ramping to deramping and vice versa lol

Budd's obsession with USA has been a disaster from day one. Did he really think a little old company would stand a chance against the US giant pharmas and the FDA? Especially with a non existant sakes team? In my view it was a just a tactic so he could sit on his ass, and blame the lack of sales on approval delays. This is supportrd by the fact he hasn't sold anything in markets where he does have approval!!!! SA approval has been there nearly a year now.

Well that is a load of nonsense Pacman, this has to be in a RNS. It's not really common knowledge, unless you go looking for it, this is price sensitive information. This is either an error, or Budd's incompetence is growing by the day.

Of course Inphobe you are correct, BRH is as dody aa hell, but with a heavy director investment, people are piling to make a guaranteed profit more or less. With the directors buying in so heavily, you know they will cause a nig spike even if for their own gain.

With regards to the shareprice fall, they did pay out 50p a share divudent at the end of last year i believe.

BRH is up because directors have taken £1.6m of the £2.5m placing, so very little overhang. No chance of that happening here with Budd's £400k a year.

Preefty the only think you are good at is refreshing the BC products page, or continously telling us the mcap of BC. The likes of Google don't needs that kind of dross working for them, hence they wouldn't give you.time of day, never mind a job.

Rookie- even if you rule out America, the BC deal covers the EU too for which we already have approval. However it's highly unlikely every lab in the USA will be waiting on FDA proved tests. Beckman's iwn antigen test is with the FDA, yet they have been selling it for a while. I'm sure they know how much they could sell.without FDA approval, before advising Genedrive to go.down this route.

Rookie i wasn't trying to jusify the lack of sales, if you read my history you'll see i have said numerous times he has no excuse for lack of sales in other markets, and have been critical of Budd.

My post was more a response to someone who suggested the sales from BC would be 0. Now im not saying they have sold tens of millions, but they certainly will not be zero, and if they are BC need too look at themselves in the mirror

£1 is still low Swerves, though i'm sure many of us will accept it and move on, but doesn't make all this suffering worth it for the last year and a bit.

I disagree about there being no sales. There are bound to be some sales, albeit not as significant with FDA EUA. If "$6bn BC" haven't sold anything for 6 months, then they need to rethink their existence as a life services firm.

Jh27- how can iis protect from a lowball offer, when the majority of the holders here are PIs. Anyway they don't hold any special powers, and are normal investors like us, very difficult to overturn a management decision like that. Normally it's done in a way so that the offer is the best option for all stake holders. For example they could in theory drive the company to a position where it needs immediate cash, and it's either death spiral financing or a takover. I know which i would vote for without question. Have a look what managment did at Carpetright as an example, where managment teamed up with the largest shareholder and wiped out all institutional and private investors.

Sorry Lloyd, you're post isn't logical at all. The lack of sales is not down to the products themselves, but DB's inability to sell anything. If you know you can get these products to market, which Beckman are more than capable of, you would make an offer whilst the SP is depressed and struggling, not when the company is self sufficient and has piles of cash rolling in. Why would you want to pay a premium, when yku could get it on the cheap?

There must be a reason DB keeps putting the brakes on the SP, or he's getting more incompetent by the day.
