Inphobe except we've been waiting on these sales for months on end. Been approved in SA since September, approved in EU since may last year and not a single sale.

Pacman- you can't go by the last placing. Time was different. There was more liquidity in the markets, and alot of confidence in the companies delivering. After a year with no sales, do you really think people will be scrambling over themselves to back a placing here at a day's notice? You're living in some sort of fantasy world.

Pacman they aren't going yo wait until the last week, any fundraise will need to happen a few months before. As i have said it is FDA or budt here, because Genedrive are incompetent to sell anything.

Sally- you say it very well yourself why there WILL be a placing, if there are no sales. The company is debt free thanks to the pandemic, do you honestly think they will take another loan with poor sales, over free shareholder cash? The loan has to be repaid, placing money does not and secures the future of the company. Therefore it is important to get sales here asap.

Drlong- We havd a month or two before a fundraise imo. However I do agree with the fact if no sales in the 3-4 weeks, we are in big trouble. BC will not give a damn, they have only invested 400k.

Also Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is selling another test, part of the same group.
